Entrepreneur how many nagging local mild or severe recessions has your business or service survived to date? We both know recessions are inevitable, right? And the sooner you and I put some semi recession proof strategies and tactics to work for you the better.

Believe it or not your current and future vendors have the potential to help you or your major competitors semi recession proof your business and or service. Because more than likely they’re sitting on at least a few underutilized assets and or resources.

Case in point. You see the feature image with this particular blog post? It’s from an actual 60 minute audio interview I recorded with my coach and mentor. The one and only James McAllister of jamesmcallister.com fame.

The way this particular content marketing distribution opportunity originally came about. Once I discovered. (And maybe it’s more brutally honest to say!) The moment I became aware my coach was going to publish some podcast episodes.

I asked if he would be willing to interview me for at least 60 minutes give or take. 😀 And to my complete delight and utter surprise. He said he had definitely planned on inviting me to be one of his very first guests. 😀

He said he and his team would gladly provide all of the professional editing. (Plus we both had 100% distribution rights as well.) And even though this particular interview is only 60 minutes long.

We could have easily gone on another 90-120 minutes or so. (Just click the image below in order to here the first 9 plus minutes of the entire 60 minute second.)

It Never Hurts To Be Or Become A Solutions Provider!

Being the boss means both my coach and mentor myself can decide “how to” effectively promote both the 9 minute teaser segment. As well as the entire 60 minute segment. For my coaches part he graciously allowed me to upload the entire 60 minute to his awesome paid membership site. 😀

This way all of his current and future paid members get exposed to my particular marketing strategies and tactics. I get to inexpensively build my brand.

And he gets additional value driven content which he pays no licensing fees to access. 😀 I could also add an additional ebook or 3-5 video series via some links.

Add them to the PDF and or X page special report. I could also add an additional 4-6 or X week coaching program on the back end of this series of information products.

In fact, strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Let’s say I hook/test offering a 4 or X week coaching program on the back end of the 60 minute podcast episode. And X page PDF and or X page ebook.

If this were the case. I could actually at least test allowing affiliates to sell the aforementioned product and keep anywhere from 80 – 100% of the front end gross profits. (Minus any and all costs to generate the sales.)

And I gladly pocket 100% of the back end gross profits. 😀 (Plus I get the additional long term benefit of building my opt in email subscriber base.

Or I could at least test?…… 😀 Ladies and gentlemen are you definitely starting to appreciate why being the boss. Means you definitely have some marketing flexibility. I sincerely hope so.
