How To Profitably Leverage Assets You Just Created!

    (Even Though You Didn’t Realize You Had Full Access To Them!)

It probably definitely seems just a bit ironic “how” you or your major competitors could somehow profit from some type assets or resources you just created, right?

Rest assured entrepreneur the moment you or your major competitors “discover” how to leverage assets or resources. Even the ones you’ve only recently created. You have the potential to use them as a gateway to other previously untapped profit generating opportunities.

Now this is not to suggest at this initial stage you would be a master. But clearly you or your major competitors could be well on your way to creating additional income streams.

But first things first. Focus on creating some type of front end gross profit. Then systematically add a potentially profitable back end, agreed?

Entrepreneur Not Systematically Building The Back End Of Your Funnel Is A Major Marketing Mistake!

As you recall in a recent blog post about how to leverage assets. A young lady I originally “discovered” on Linkedin. She (or someone!) creates these awesome hand portraits. Which appear to be drawn by using primarily pencil(s) and a canvas. (And I’m not sure what else?)

So her main overhead minus any commercial space seems to be relatively low. So if she’s initially starting out of her house, apartment or condo etc. She can initially get by systematically building her brand by doing portraits of her current and future co-workers. (Or relatives or her neighbors. Especially the females, who do or don’t have kids.)

And either their customers spouse, live in significant other or their kids, their pets or cars etc. And she can also give her relatives extremely advantageous discounts on any two portraits purchased upfront.

Provided the customer agrees to hang them somewhere in their home or apartment. Preferably in the living room. This way all of their closest relatives, besties and their current and future co-workers or their current and future neighbors will  constantly see them.

This type of free ongoing exposure will definitely generate future business. And if she has any brothers, who either have wives, live in significant others or long time girlfriends.

They would be extremely wise to do these ladies portraits at her actual hard cost in exchange for the ladies not only hanging their portraits somewhere prominent in their home or apartment. If they don’t currently live with her brother(s.)

Entrepreneur You’ll Probably Be Pleasantly Surprised By Some Systematic Word Of Mouth And Mouse Buzz!

Think about ‘how” many of her female customers with kids will definitely want at least one portrait of at least one of her kids or her favorite pets or some female celebrity or extremely high profile female athlete she or her kids admire.

And as soon as her besties, relatives, co-workers or neighbors sees the artist-s work either in person or on social media. Word will definitely quickly spread.

And she’ll probably have a pretty good side hustle. Which should definitely help keep the lights on, agreed? Plus consider the following. Let’s say she makes an arrangement where she or someone she knows gets their hair or nails done.

If she currently works full time M-F. On Saturday she could physically go to the nail or hair salon on rotating Saturdays. And have every customer currently in the shop simply print their first and last name and phone number on an index card.

This is if (for whatever reasons) she doesn’t currently have her own paid email service provider. The customers place their names in a bowl or something. And the owner of the shop reaches in and grabs one.

And for the next X amount of hours, after the customer gets serviced by the salon. The artist creates her portrait right in the shop. This way all the customers currently in the shop see her do it live.

And of course all of the runner ups have X number of days to take advantage of her extremely time sensitive offer. They purchase two portraits at once and they save even more. (Plus a really cool bonus surprise you’ll learn about in just a little bit, okay?)

Sadly Most Aspiring Profit Seeking Vendors Don’t Realize Their Business Or Service Has A Potentially Profitable Back End Component!

Case in point. Let’s say the Saturday she’s in either a local hair or nail salon drawing a portrait of one of the lucky female customers. Is the same day and time one of your top female managers of your single location, non franchised retail jewelry store is in one of the salons as well. Say what?

And a marketing light bulb moment occurs to your manager. She approaches the female hand artist with the following marketing proposition. Provided she joins and remains an active subscriber of your opt in email list.

And she drags a friend with her to your shop. Whose at least 18. Before your extremely time sensitive, market tested, one or two sided index/gift certificates ten or X day expiration window expires.

Simply for doing both. The artist gets to purchase an extremely eye catching pair of diamond studded earrings, which usually retails for $650 dollars a pair. But for an extremely limited time the artist can not only purchase them for your actual hard cost of $325 dollars or X.

But you will also provide her with X amount of some your best market tested, extremely time sensitive gift certificates. And for every lead which converts into a paying customer for you. You or your major competitors will gladly pay her $50 dollars per lead.

You Just Get The Word Of Mouth And Mouse Train Rolling! (And It Will Start To Pick Up Even More Marketing Steam On It’s Own!)

And the moment she generates 25 or X number of paying customers. Her commission per lead automatically jumps to $100 dollars per lead converted into a first time paying customer.

And remains that amount from now on. Plus you’ll gladly refund her deposit of $325 dollars or X. Say what? Now you know whenever she’s in one of the salons drawing one of her portraits. At least some of both the customers and or some if not all of the stylists, as well as the owner(s) of the salons will definitely want to know “how” they can potentially get hooked up too, correct?
