Consistently Do This IF You Really Wanna Maintain Customer Loyalty!

Okay now that you’ve allocated a certain amount of money towards your. Whatever you’re comfortable calling it. Be it advertising, promoting or marketing etc. Which particular route will you initially take?

The potentially expensive traditional route. Or maybe you just inexpensive try your hand at PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising. One thing is definitely for sure. If you really wanna maintain customer loyalty. (To any reliable degree.) You or your major competitors have to be able to see past the trees.

And see the entire forest of previously untapped marketing possibilities. Huh? Because there’s a ton of potential long term, previously untapped marketing possibilities.

Just waiting to be discovered by you or your major competitors. Have a closer look and see for yourself.

Are You Looking For Some Proven Marketing Tools For Small Business Growth?

This one is definitely not as obvious as it seems. Say what? But are you maximizing your current untapped opportunities to consistently generate some form of potentially bank account filling marketing leverage?

Say for example. Your offline business or service is physically located somewhere, correct? And more than likely there are other businesses or services located right near or within a few blocks of you. Correct?

So how many of these profit seeking entrepreneurs are non directly competing with you? And of those. How many do you or someone you know personally know these individuals?

Start right there. Huh? Meaning, look to establish far more potentially valuable friendship/business connections with them. Why you so skeptically ask.

There are several extremely good reasons. But here’s four for you to seriously consider.

 1.) Potentially profitable reason #one: They have both current and potential new employees. Who could either become your customers. Plus start consistently and inexpensively referring you new business for literally pennies on the dollar.

Not to mention start spreading the word of moth and mouse. Both on and off of social media. What’s that potentially worth to your bottom line over time?

You Can Definitely Grow Your Business Or Service Without Having Extremely Deep Corporate Pockets!

2.) Potentially profitably reason # two: As their business or service steadily grows by partnering up with them. You or your major competitors get to systematically leverage their growth for literally pennies on the dollar. (See a really simple example just ahead.)

3.) Potentially profitable reason # three: By systematically leveraging their long term growth. You or your major competitors lower your traditional, upfront out of pocket costs. (Quite dramatically in some extreme cases.) Yet still receive the long term benefits of customer acquisition and their long term repeat business and periodic referrals.

4.) Potentially profitable reason # four: They have current and future connections, resources and assets you or your major competitors get both direct or indirect access to. For literally pennies on the dollar.

Case in point. Let’s say your single location, non franchised gourmet coffee shop forms a JV (Joint Venture) partnership with one of your areas most popular, independently owned hardware stores.

And they announce their grand opening for a second location. And since they’ve already had their one location for the last seven and a half years. And they already have an opt in email list of 5,567 local subscribers.

And they’ll be proactively utilizing text messaging services initially in the second location.

Always Be On The Lookout For Some Previously Untapped Potential Marketing Opportunities!

Here’s where you or you major competitors get a chance to help your JV partner(s) further build and nurture goodwill with their current and future customers. Huh?

You offer to provide a free, Xtra large “Big” Gulp” plastic cup of coffee. To all of their customers who come to grand opening week. Say what? By now those of you who’ve been consistently stopping by. You most certainly know the drill. Correct? Good answer.

Basically you’ll provide their extremely loyal customers with one of your free Xtra large “Big Gulp” plastic cups. So they can sample your extremely great tasting coffee. (Plus!)

Alert them. Going forward. Instead of paying the usual retail price of $9.79 or X per cup. Each time they bring the cup with them to your store. Which is conveniently located just two suites down in the exact same mini strip mall.

Now they only pay $.99 – $1.99 per cup. And you also hand them an extremely time sensitive gift certificate. Which has a handwritten date of no more than the next ten physical days out. And if they come to you store alone. They can save 10% off any purchase up to $50 dollars. However, simply for dragging a friend with them whose at least 18.

Before the expiration deadline. They automatically save 25% off up to $100 dollars.

Here’s Where And How You  Or Your Major Competitors Put Things Into Marketing Overdrive!

You or your major competitors ask if your JV partners customers currently owns their own business. Or just place a rather large sign which they can’t miss.

And invite business owners to enter your free drawing for a chance to win a three month supply of three twenty pound bags of the gourmet coffee(s) of their choice. Say what?

And of course all of the secondary runner ups also win. (For an extremely limited time of course!) X% off any twenty pound bags of gourmet coffee of their choice.

And every employee of the company automatically receives a free Xtra large “Big Gulp” plastic cup. Which they can now come to your shop as often as they like. And only pay $.99 cents for an Xtra large “Big Gulp” cup of gourmet coffee.

Which normally retails for $.5.79 per cup. Plus. Whether you’re using opt in email or text messaging marketing. Every business owner/service provider who remains a loyal subscriber. (Meaning they remain on you list.

Once every 90 days. (Give or take.) The business owner can save 50% off on any one item of their choice. This way you know a certain percentage of them will be constantly bragging to any and every body within earshot. Both on and off of social media. Agreed?
