(And Long Term Gross Front And Back End Profits Too!)
So both your short and long term goal is to increase sales and net revenue, correct? Absolutely, that’s a must if your business or service is gonna not only survive but ultimately thrive.
And of course at least one of your $64,000 dollar questions is. How the heck do you (and your expert team!) consistently go about accomplishing such a worthy goal?
Fortunately you’re definitely in the right place. Because “if’ nothing else entrepreneur. After reading and at least inexpensively A/B split testing some of what you and or your major competitors “discover” in this initial front end blog post.
You’ll have more than enough creative marketing fuel to not only move off center. But actually gain some much needed traction going forward as well. Sound like a plan or what?
Entrepreneur Maybe It’s Time You Took A Much Closer Look At These So Called Creative Lead Magnets!
Let’s take the hypothetical marketing example of a company which sells extremely high end designer type of luggage. (And again as always these hypothetical marketing examples are being used strictly for marketing illustration purposes only.
In fact before diving into this potentially profitable material head first. True story: I recently received an email from legendary direct response marketing legend Jay Abraham. (Google or look his name up on youtube “if’ you’re still not familiar with this legendary direct response marketer.)
Pardon my digression. Anyway, Jay was or still is looking to barter either some of his highly sought after one on one paid consulting time. Or some of his potential money making products for (you guessed it!)
Some extremely high end personalized luggage which typically retails in the range of $10,000 dollars and up.
So imagine the following hypothetical marketing/promotional strategies taking place. (My personal guess is. It’s not actually that big of a stretch. When you seriously consider the potentially profitable long term back end marketing possibilities.
In The Long Term It’s Probably Far More Profitable To Systematically Create Opportunity Than To Constantly Wait On It!
So let’s say a major player somehow directly or indirectly connected to the high end designer luggage industry reaches out to Jay.
Or someone in his influential shoes. Like Dr. Phil, Marie Forleo, Oprah, Tony Robbins, Kim K., Kevin Harrington of “Sharkpreneur” podcast fame or Dr.Eric Kelly the 3rd or Frank Kern etc.
And in the case of Jay the high end designer luggage company proposes the following. They will gladly allow both Jay and his wife to pick out $20,000 or X thousands of dollars extremely high end. (Translated: extremely high catching designer luggage.
(Which definitely causes potentially profitable conversations to be started both on and offline. Don’t you agree?)
Provided Jay or another extremely high profile influencer of similar status agrees to the following. (Or something darn close.)
All Is Takes IUs A Little Creative Marketing Spark To Start A Forest Fire Of Previously Untapped Marketing Opportunities!
A.) Jay (and or the extremely high profile influencer) agrees to periodically provide them, (say) once a month or at least once a quarter. With some one on one consulting time. (Typically 90-120 minutes per session.)
Which they can record and freely distribute or sell or giveaway as they see fit. As long they include any and all specific contact info Jay enthusiastically provides them with.
2.) Jay is allowed and encouraged to keep 80-100% of any and all back end consulting revenue or JV (Joint Venture) revenue sharing arrangements this exposure generates for him.
(Entrepreneur think of the long term, previously untapped marketing possibilities from this one incredibly simple marketing strategy alone.)
3.) Jay agrees to become a JV revenue sharing partner. And start systematically sharing his JV link to a special lead capture page and extremely time sensitive offer. Which is exclusively for Jay, his current and future employees.
His current and future JV partners. And his current and future opt in email subscribers. Or his current and future attendees of both his live or virtual events.
Or his current and future vendors. Can any of the wannabe haters currently reading this particular post both now or in the not so distant future. Can you finds any losers in this hypothetical marketing strategy?
Hopefully your creative marketing/promotional juices have been sparked enough to realize. You can definitely increase sales revenue and your long term profits. By some non traditional strategies & tactics. Don’t you agree?
