If outrageously expensive prime time local or national TV or radio campaigns isn’t currently an option. What exactly do you plan on consistently doing into in order to systematically increase brand awareness. Have you even given it any serious thought?

And if you have. A you really don’t want your most viable promotional option to be. Or quickly become. How big a check you can write.

What’s left worth even strategically A/B split testing? But equally important. If you or your major competitor actually plan on going viral. O or offline. How are you going to do so. Without some sort of direct or indirect access to massive amounts of money. Whether yo initially get it from some of the top VC (Venture Capitalist.)

Or you borrow it. Or maybe you or your major competitors are on the verge of taking your company public. In which case. Even though you’ll have access to potentially large amounts of money. It definitely comes with a few strings attached. Does it not? But ‘what” if instead of giving away part ownership of your company. Or without giving up part of your control.

Instead you or your major competitors just 3-10X your current and future – non traditional- marketing efforts. Huh? Have a closer look and you be the ultimate judge. Fair enough?

Case in point. Let’s suppose your company distributes some of the most talked about women-s higher end designer purses. Both on and off of social media.

And because your higher end women-s power pumps are incredibly popular as well. And you provide free delivery with any purchase over X amount of dollars. Your online sales are definitely starting to become an extremely lucrative profit center as well.

All this being said. You’ve decided to use the non traditional approach to systematically building your opt in email or text message list. And unlike the vast majority of your major competitors.

You’re no longer willing to simply waste a fortune on those outrageously expensive, dismally performing traditional advertising/promotional campaigns. (Good for you.)

Instead. You’re going to at least text. In order to “discover” what you may be able to potentially accomplish. Using a combination of potentially bank account filling word of mouth and mouse buzz. And modern technology.

For example. Let’s say your main or only location is in a 15 story high commercial office complex. And each floor (on average) has about 10 separate suites. And on average about ten total employees.

But each business has both other local non directly competing vendors or suppliers visiting them. At least once a day or once a week. Right? So here’s what you decide to initially do. Rather than waste a ton of money on those outrageously expensive, dismally performing, traditional ad campaigns.

Instead. You and your top sales managers and corporate account executives. You start with every opt in email, text message subscriber. And vendor, supplier, banker, commercial and residential real estate professional you know. (Including local mortgage and traditional bankers, title company owners or workers etc.

Plus local corporate big wigs of any kind. Say what? Both current and former. And here’s what you initially do. You send them the link to the sample offer below.

And by offering a free drawing as your high powered lead magnet strategy o choice. After you or someone in your organization choses your ultimate first grand prize winner.

You or your major competitors will be will systematically following up with the other 99% of runner ups. For instance. What if your typical cost for some high end women-s power pumps. Which typically retail  $950 up to $1,700 dollars a pair. Say what?

But your actual hard costs for a pair of popular high end power pumps. Which usually retail for $950 dollars.

Usually only cost you or your major competitors around $400 -$425 dollars a pair.

This being the case. You or your major competitors can at least A/B split test at least two initial extremely time sensitive offers.

1.) Extremely time sensitive offer # one: Simply for dragging a friend with them to your to store whose at least 18. Before your extremely time sensitive gift certificate expires.

And you know at least some of these women will start proactively sharing their good fortune. Both on and off of social media. Agreed?

Which you or your major competitors get from one of your main JV (Joint Venture) or cross promotional partners. At their actual hard cost of course. Or no more than 10-25% above their actual hard cost.

Just depending on what the particular arrangement is. And their guest. As long they also join you or your major competitors opt in email list before they leave your store. They get some really cool incentive bonus goodies worth X.
