You may or may not be aware. but developing rock solid customer service. Is definitely an evergreen marketing strategy and tactic.
And it can help you or your major competitors systematically scale your business or service. Without pledging a ton of collateral. Or going into major debt.
Clearly you and I won’t be able to scale your business or service. To six or seven figures based or solely relying on great or extraordinary customer service alone. But consistently do so it will most certainly help. 😎

You thrown in a major sporting or a Pay Per View entertainment event. (Like some major super star entertainers world tour concert event.) And add a few local friends, neighbors, besties, co-workers or in – laws etc.
And word will definitely spread in no time at all, agreed? So imagine if your extremely marketing savvy, non franchised, retail appliance center. (Or non franchised, retail furniture store. 😎
Created a potentially profitable JV (Joint Venture) revenue sharing arrangement. And you or your major competitors 100% sponsor the following, extremely law hanging fruit marketing strategy.
You Really Can Strategically Out Promote Your Major Competitors For Literally Pennies On The Dollar!
First, the property managers. Let each tenant know. Simply for paying their rent on time the next month. They automatically receive an extremely time sensitive discount coupon from you or your major competitors your store.
They pay their rent or lease on time in the designated month. And the property manager(s) automatically provide them with an extremely time sensitive, two sided, market tested gift certificate and or index card.
Side “A” offers the recipient the chance to enter a free monthly or quarterly drawing. For their chance to win a $10,000 dollar, deluxe home entertainment center.
(Truth told, the retailers actual hard cost is 50% or less.) But who can say no to a free drawing? For their chance to win something with a perceived value of $10,000 dollars or X. 😀
And side “B” invites them to come to you or your major competitors store by a certain date. They come alone and they only save 10 or X% off up to $100 or X amount of dollars.

However, simply for dragging a friend with them, whose at least 18. And for joining you or your major competitors opt in email list. They also get an extremely time sensitive gift certificate from a local, non franchised pizza chop owner.
The extremely marketing savvy retailer. Arranges from the local, non franchised pizza owner(s). To purchase and pass out. These certificates which allow the qualified tenants to purchase one large cheese pizza and beer or soda.
But they have to pick it up. This way the pizza owners cost is extremely limited. Especially since the retailer will be purchasing it from them at their actual hard cost. 😀
for sure at least some of these tenants will already be their customers, right? But others will be exposed to the pizzeria for the very first time.
And a certain percentage of them will definitely become long term repeat customers. For literally pennies on the dollar. Are you starting to appreciate why you or your major competitors should be at least strategically A/B split testing some type of basic marketing techniques?
