But not “if” you’re going to continuously insist on doing everything in an outrageously expensive traditional way. You’ll either keep on struggling needlessly.

So Who Else Is Definitely Open To Creatively Exploring Some Potentially Profitable Income Generating Activities?
Quickly getting back to the feature image with this particular blog post. Imagine for just a moment that’s your empty hair or nail salon. Whether it’s one of the two days out of each week you’re closed.
Or if it’s a major holiday and you’re closed. “How” do you or any of your local major competitors consistently earn any type of reliable income of any kind?
Would you like to? 😀 Getting back to our exciting episode previously covered in part one. So your local hair salon. Both you and all of your current and future stylists.
And possibly some of your current and future vendors too. 😀 You start systematically passing out some of your extremely marketing savvy, non franchised retail appliance, jewelry or furniture store vendors.
Best market tested, extremely time sensitive, single or two sided index cards, discount coupons and or gift certificates etc. And they can compensate you in one of two ways. (Whichever you prefer. 😀 )
Entrepreneur Expand Your Long Term Marketing Vision! (So You Can Exponentially Increase Your Income!)
Remember, side “A” of either of these market tested, extremely time sensitive index cards or gift certificates. Will ethically bribe the recipients into joining their opt in email list.
So they can enter the retailers monthly or quarterly free drawing. For their chance to win some really cool grand 1st prize. Which has a high perceived value. But usually has an actual hard cost of half or less. 😎
Now in order to laser focus on “how to” creatively monetize these all too common situations. The first ten or X number of leads which convert into a paying customer. (Regardless of “how” much or how little they spend on their very first purchase.)
Both the hair or nail salon owner(s) along with all of their current or future stylists. They each earn $50 or x number of dollar per lead converted. But from the 11th or X paying customer and beyond. They earn $150 dollars or X per paying customer. 😀
Their guerilla marketing lead generation efforts produce. 😉 Here’s where the potentially lucrative fun stuff really begins entrepreneur.
Thank Goodness It’s Definitely Not A Crime To Get Creative! (And Think Just Slightly Outside The Box!)
So now these salon owners along with some of their stylists each earn $150 dollars each time a lead converts into a paying customer. Which means just 10 lead conversions a month each.
Now equals an additional gross profit of $1,500 dollars. Does it not? 😀 (10 leads X 150 dollars per lead = an additional passive gross profit of $18,000 dollars a year.
And in the specific case of the actual owner(s) of the salons. Let’s say, strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. They have this same basic JV (Joint Venture) revenue share arrangement with at least three other non directly competing local vendors.
And they’re now consistently earning at least $150 dollars or X for every lead which converts to a paying customer. So thirty leads, which convert into paying customers per month. (Which in reality. Equals 10 leads each. For the non franchised retail jeweler, furniture and appliance center owner(s.)
Entrepreneur Stop Waiting For Your Ship To Finally Come In! (And Instead Meet It Half Way!)
Both the salon and nail owner(s) now consistently earn $1,500 or X number of dollars per month. From all three non directly competing vendors. 😀 For a semi passive income of $4,500 dollars per month or X.
($1,500 per month times three non directly competing vendors = an additional$4,500 dollars more gross profit per month. Times 12 months equals a rather impressive annual gross side income profit of $54,000 dollars. 😀
Not too shabby, correct? But the extremely marketing savvy vendors might also offer the following alternative compensation package. After your 1st ten or X number of paid customer referrals.
Ladies And Gentlemen Please Don’t Ever Under Estimate The Proven Power Of Ethical Bribery!
Both the hair and nail salon owner(s) along with their stylist. Automatically get a free set of rocking diamond studded earrings. Which typically retail for at least $450 or X number of dollars apiece.
Of course the vendor will get them at their JV (Joint Venture) revenue sharing retail jeweler partners actual hard cost of X. And after their 20th or X number of paid customer referrals. They automatically qualify for a free $2,000 or X dollar diamond studded necklace. Again, the vendor pays the jewelers actual hard cost. 😀
Then after their 30th or X number of paid referral customers. These ladies automatically qualify for any Louis Vuitton designer hand bag of their choice. As long as the price doesn’t exceed $800 or X amount of dollars. 😀 Or they can pay the difference.
And finally going forward. Every customer referral beyond the 30th. Now they start to earn the maximum of $150 or X number of dollars per lead converted to a customer for life. 😎 Entrepreneur can you find a loser?
Do The Extremely Hard Work Just Once Or Twice If Need Be! (Yet continuously Keep Reaping The Rewards For Many Years To Come!)
And remember, after each hair or nail salon owner. Along with their stylist exceeds their 30th paid customer referral. Each customer knows at least 25 other locals, do they not? And on average, typically 30% of that gross figure.
Will also become a paying customer. Usually within under 90 days or less. And of course a certain percentage of these new customers. Will also join the these local vendors opt in email list, correct?
But they’ll also occasionally drag a friend with them to these vendors stores/showrooms. In order to take advantage, of some extremely time sensitive, ethical bribe(s!)
My friend, are now truly starting to better appreciate “why” successfully scaling a service business, (potentially just like yours!) Just got a whole lot easier? And far less expensive too!
