(Especially If Wasting A Fortune On Outrageously Expensive Traditional Advertising Simply Isn’t An Option!)
Even when you’re just starting out as a profit seeking entrepreneur. You definitely don’t want to have to try and go head to head (financially speaking) with some the major competititors in your niche.
At least not right out of the gate, correct? So practically any proven strategy or tactics which help with building relationships.
Should be at least seriously looked at, correct? Agreed, so let’s have a look at a few potential marketing options. Shouldn’t break the bank. But still ultimately lead to a flood of new business opportunities. Which could potentially become very lucrative for literally years to come. Sound good?
Let Your Major Competitors Trying To Go Head To Head Financially With Your Much Better Financed Major Competitors!
For this particular hypothetical marketing illustration. Let’s say your smal to midsize company builds quality jacuzzi.
Like the one the couple featured in this particular feature photo. And let’s further say they live in a house which currently appraises in the $750,000 – $825,000 dollar amount.
So you and your major competitors can automatically presume at least three things.
1.) First: Their neighbors homes definitely appraise for similar, amounts, correct?
2.) Second: Their neighbors also probably earn at least similar amounts of money.
3.) Third: They personally know, work with or have both direct and indirect home owners who definitely meet the afore mentioned criteria.
This being the case. You or your major competitors systematically put the word out. Every legal home owner. Not a person renting a rather expensive home.
You will build (install) a state of the art high end jacuzzi. Either at your actual hard cost.
Provided the owner personally introduces you to at least three or X number of other qualified locals.
Before or by no later than ten or X number of days after you fully complete your project.
So you know at least some of these customers will literally leap at the chance to potentially save thousands just for sharing their good fortune, correct?
But It Definitely Doesn’t Stop There!
So imagine what will definitely start happening far more frequently. When 90 or X number of days after their purchase installation is complete.
You or your major competitors call or text them a message asking “if” they enjoy high end gourmet steaks they can grill. Plus either high end beer or an extremely high rated, low end after dinner wine.
If they answer yes. You arrange to have four gourmet steaks, plus either the wine or a six pack of premium beer of their choice. Making this a surprise totally unexpected value of X.
Do you think at least some of them will invite neighbors, co-workers, siblings, besties, ex neighbors or in-laws to join them in the jacuzzi?
And will at least some of them wanna know “how” they can ultimately get hooked up, too? It’s a very good chance.
And “if” it turns out someone or a few of these referrals owns a house worth over a million dollars or more.
You or your major competitors will lap at the chance to install one of your top of the line. State of the art units at your actual hard cost.
Provided they personally introduce you to three other locals. Whose homes are worth a bare bones minimum of $750,000 dollars or X.
Entrepreneur hopefully it’s becoming obvious “why” building relationships is a proven long term marketing strategy. Don’t you agree?
