Because the better or sooner you or your major competitors become with consistently implementing some of your best market tested customer retention strategies and tactics.

The less money and other potentially valuable resources or assets you’ll constantly have to allocate, on outrageously expensive, dismally performing, traditional advertising or promotional campaigns.

Agreed?

Which means none of those outrageously expensive local billboard ad campaigns. Or no more at least for now. No more outrageously expensive, full page ads in some of the local throwaway guides.

Instead you or your major competitors decide on a far more nurturing approach. Where you at least get the opportunity to initially generate first time customers who are not only 300- 500% more likely to stick around long term.

You or your major competitors will eagerly provide some of your very best tasting gourmet coffee free to all of those in house customers who attend these live in store workshops. Say what?

In fact on the days where these in store workshops are scheduled. You or your major competitors will arrive at least one to two hours earlier than these scheduled in house workshops begin. And start serving both you great tasting coffee and some extremely great tasting pastries, donuts and bagels.

Which you’ll purchase from one of your areas most popular upscale, non franchised local bakeries. At if it turns out some of these workshops are scheduled during the early part of the brutally cold winter months.
