Why Leveraging Your Assets Flat Out Makes Sense!

Entrepreneur please be brutally honest here, okay? Do you consider your business or service to be a big business? Or are you more of the mom & pop variety?

The reason I ask is do you feel as of right now you have assets or resources, be they physical or digital. Which you can monetize in some way. Because believe it or you can and definitely should leverage your assets or resources. (In both traditional and non traditional ways.)

And as you or your major competitors attempt to do so you’ll be begin to systematically uncover some previously untapped mini profit centers. On either the front or back end of your current or future profit centers.

Who Else Wants To Know How To Increase Sales Revenue Simply By Leveraging Your Various Assets Or Resources?

Case in point. Take an offline major local newspaper and at least one of the major local throwaway guides in your area. In the classified section local landlords of literally all shapes and sizes constantly advertises their properties, correct?

Sometimes they advertise their properties in the “For sale By Owner” section of the paper. Or they advertise some of their properties in the “For rent” section.

Suppose your small database collection service collects or barters with another local company which collects phone numbers of local landlords who periodically advertise their properties in the two previously mentioned areas of the major local newspaper(s), and major local throwaway guides.

And your or one of your major databases collects addresses of these same local landlords. For just a moment think about what other type of local non directly competing businesses or services. Which would love to be able to inexpensively promote their products or services to these local landlords for literally pennies on the dollar.

Entrepreneur Any Time You Can Build Your Very Own Database! (You Potentially Have An Incredibly Valuable Asset Or Resource In The Making!)

So what about creating a potentially valuable JV (Joint Venture) revenue sharing arrangement with a local non franchised retail furniture store owner. Think about the long term marketing possibilities for a second.

Instead of the retail furniture concern constantly wasting a fortune on outrageously expensive, dismally performing traditional ad campaigns. No more cash draining local billboard ad campaigns, which typically cost anywhere from $25,000 – $200,000 dollars a month. Just depending on which big city or little rural town you happen to be advertising in.

So one of the JV revenue sharing arrangements you, your major competitors  or a reputable local charity successfully negotiate with the retail furniture store is. You will periodically alert your subscribers to special sales events the retailer is having. Which the general public has no clue about.

And your database can save on a sliding scale anywhere from 10 – 25% off up to $1,500 or X amount of dollars. And your database collection service earns a JV revenue share percentage of 10% up to the first $75,000 or X amount of front end revenue generated for their JV partner.

And 20 or X% on every dollar generated above $75,000 dollars. And just depending on how responsive their database is to the various exclusive, extremely time sensitive offers.

You’d Be Pleasantly Surprised What You Or Your Major Competitors Can Accomplish With Customized Ethical Bribes!

Say for example the retail furniture concern ethically bribes not only the owner(s) of the database service. But all of the current or future employees, vendors or suppliers of the database as well. Say what? They all get grandfathered in for lifetime savings of X% off for any future in store purchase they make.

Plus they automatically earn an additional 10 or X% off simply for dragging a friend with them to the retailers store. Whose at least 18 before any expiration date deadlines expire.

The point being leveraging your assets or resources is a proven way to strengthen relationships. And consistently generating back end revenue for literally pennies on the dollar.

And you can strategically JV partner with other local non directly competing vendors to create various potentially profitable marketing options. You could also consult with other similar database services located outside your immediate area.

Because you know “how to” write “what’s in it for me?” type of main power headlines. This also potentially includes opt in email “subject lines.” And your proven copywriting skills could potentially spill over into you or your top JV partners banner ads, on or offline sales letters.

Or snail mail postcards, direct response type of business cards, flyers or webpages, blog posts, guest blog posts or signs in or outside of offline businesses etc.

Entrepreneur are you starting to better understand and appreciate why yo or your major competitors be systematically leveraging your assets and resources? I sincerely hope so.
