Why It’s Just Lunch For Your Major Competitors But It’s A Potential Lead Generation Goldmine For You!Part Two

As you previously discovered in part one of this ongoing series, about effectively  converting where you and potentially other extremely savvy entrepreneurs, routinely  eat lunch, (and sometimes) dinner, how you can strategically convert that process into  a potential long term lead generation goldmine.

And often do it right under your major competitors noses.How’s that for getting a leg  up on those you routinely compete against?

Now of course, the non conventional marketing strategies that you have and are  about to be exposed to going forward, aren’t the type you can readily expect to receive  warm receptions to, from business owners and or service providers that you barely  know!

And almost never patronize their businesses! 😎

Instead, the initial green light of okay, often comes about, (if at all) as a direct result of being on a first name basis with one or more of the owners.And being a pleasant and loyal fixture of their establishment.Because greasing the wheels always helps, more than it hurts!Right?

So Why shouldn’t Where You Frequently Eat Lunch Also Have The Potential Of Becoming A Lead Generation Goldmine?

In part two, let’s take a closer look at this lead generation process, from both the savvy restaurant owner and the local Magician’s point of view.

First off, from the magician’s point of view, from their potential marketing angle, a certain percentage of the other regular patrons, that primarily being, those Mom & dads along with their kids and Grand parents that frequently eat there with their grand kids too.

They represent the ideal target market for the magician, would you not agree?So that’s one of the main reasons they approached the restaurant owners about offering (anywhere) from $200- $500 dollars worth of credits, each valued at $25 dollars.

So in other words, the restaurant wait staff will select various (non) related couples and or single parents with their (or somebody else’s) kids and provide them with the magicians two sided business card, plus their VIP discount coupon that covers $25 dollars of the cost of their meal!

(Note: Under this particular plan, if the patrons total final bill is actually less than the $25 dollar credit, they do not receive actual cash back as credit!Instead, they merely receive a ten day time sensitive credit voucher for the difference, that expires on the hand written date on it.)

(And this strictly is a one time offer per family!) After a little strategic testing and tracking, the magician, (or vendor X) will know (on average), how many full paying customers they can expect, per the number of $25 dollar credit vouchers the restaurant wait staff gives away to their ideal target audience!

So for ex: if they invested $300 dollars, at $25 dollar credit vouchers each, that means the wait staff will give away a total twelve $25 dollar credit vouchers.

And let’s say five of the twelve recipients end up paying the magician’s current (full price) hourly rate of $300 dollars per hour, (or X) with a bare bones minimum of two hours required!

Entrepreneur Always Make Sure You Know The Exact Cost Of Any Lead Generation Strategies You Attempt To Implement!

So now, the magician (or marketing savvy vendor X), realizes that (on average) for every twelve $25 dollar credit vouchers they invest on lead generation  strategies with this particular restaurant, five or .41% (5/12) of them will upgrade to full paying customers, at $300 dollars per hour, with a minimum of two hours!

For a grand total gross profit of $3,000 dollars! Not too shabby correct? (Five brand new first time customers at $300 dollars per hour x 10 hours = $3,000 dollars gross profit!)

On an initial $30 dollar marketing strategy. That’s a ten fold ROI (Return On Investment.) And that’s the initial front end gross profit potential only!And this is just for private party individuals, not their deep pocket corporate clients!

Now let’s view this same potential situation, only this time from the savvy restaurateurs marketing perspective!Let’s say the restaurateur (flirts) with testing, once a month, say on the first or last Saturday of every month, a “Kids Are Totally Cool” day private party event!

Where they hold a “free drawing” of some kind and once a month, then contact the parent and or legal guardian of the kid and inform them, they are this month’s grand prize winner!

And here’s “what” it entails.The restaurant lets the lucky winner invite 15 other (hopefully) local kids, ages 5- 10.

And there has to be at least three adults 18 and over accompanying the kids throughout the entire event! (And at least one of the accompanying adults has to be (either) the parent and or legal guardian of at least one of the kids present! 😎 )

And typically the event will start at noon and go til about 4:30 – 5 pm.

And the kids get three free large cheese pizzas,(any toppings are extra!) Plus, they get 50 buffalo wings,hot dogs, free soda and one ice cream float each!

Of course the savvy restaurant owner(s) video record some of the festivities and add some of the footage to their (mobile responsive) WordPress blog!

Just Because Your Major Competitors Only Like To Eat Steak There Doesn’t Mean The Place Can ‘t Be Strategically Converted Into A Potential Lead Generating Goldmine, Correct?

Here’s “how” and “why” this particular type of marketing arrangement might make perfect marketing sense to the savvy magician as well!The restaurateur will approach the magician(or vice versa) about performing at these events!Yippie! 😎

And explain that the additional free exposure to at least three potential new customers per month, will be worth accepting a low ball payment of just $100 dollars for a fast paced, action packed 60 minute mini performance from the restaurateur!

And of course the magician will offer all the accompanying parents and or legal guardians of the kids, super time sensitive VIP discount coupons of 30% off, provided they go to his WordPress blog, join his opt in email list and put up a twenty percent good faith deposit!

(Note:If the magician is basically just getting started, it might be worth it to simply have the restaurant owner pay them a bare bones minimum of $75 dollars for a one hour mini performance, in order to cover their basic travel cost and other miscellaneous expenses etc.

And accept a meal credit voucher of $30 dollars per month to eat at the restaurant! In exchange for getting free direct monthly exposure to potential new first time customers!And their networks!)

The magician makes the restaurateur look good to both the kids and their parents! And the parents, well all they’ll do is immediately text friends, family and colleagues etc!

And post both their pictures and video footage of the event on FB, mention it on tweeter and post to Instagram and Pinterest etc!

So as you can clearly see, while some of your major competitors might just see one of their favorite local restaurants they frequent, as merely a place to grab a great tasting steak! 😎

It also has the potential of becoming a long term lead generation goldmine, don’t you agree? Now as is customary during this part of our show.
