Honestly. Is your current marketing or promotional strategy, does it lean more on, the really big side? Or the kinda of small size? No judgement here. Just curious.
Either way. Initially. If you think big start small scale fast. You’ve got a much better statistical chance of succeeding. Why you so skeptically ask. Because whenever you and I. And or your major competitors start a project relatively small.
(Provided of course.) You truly believe and therefore, you’re fully committed to completing your task. You’ll approach, with a ton more initial gusto. And long term commitment.
Don’t ask me why. But this is definitely the way it is. And you’ll set extremely realistic goals.Which you not only expect to consistently hit.
But you’ll start them sooner. And finish your mini projects on time sooner. And when you hit your inevitable speed bumps here and there. You won’t mentally wipe out nearly as often. You’ll bounce back mentally, far sooner.
And you’ll consistently meet and exceed your goals, far more often. Sound good? Great… Let’s dive in.
If You Start right Out Of The Gate Thinking My Too Big For Your Current Set Of Knowledge And Skills! (You Tend To Burnout Far Too Quickly!)
In lots of cases, it’s far better, to gradually build up, in order to sustain yourself through the inevitable speed bumps.
Because let’s (all!) face it. In the beginning, when you have Olympic size ambition and mole hill type knowledge and skill(s.) You start out constantly fumbling around, correct? Absolutely.
And you seem to continuously hit one major hurdle after another. And each one, causes you to constantly question ambition and abilities, right? And start questioning, whether it’s really worth all of this effort.
The doubt gremlins seem to have to big of a mega phone, constantly going off inside your head. Unless or until. You decide to dial things back. Huh?
Meaning: Definitely keep your, long term big picture goal(s) in mind. However, take each goal and subset of mini goals and bit size them, as much as possible.Say what? This way,they seem far less intimidating and really do-able.
Anyone Including Your Major Competition Can Think Big! (The real Question Is After You Initially Start Can You Hang In There Long Enough To Really Build Some Bankable Traction!)
And one of the proven ways, you can see your processes through. Is by starting relatively small. Yet remain laser focused on, constantly getting bigger. By constantly figuring out, how to effectively scale, both your proven processes and results.
Without constantly getting overwhelmed. take these next few, (real world) examples, of at least how to start small. Yet remained laser focused, on achieving your overall main goals.

You Don’t Have To Try And Hit It Out The Park Your Very First Or Second Time!
Besides, when you initially concentrate on trying to constantly hit home runs. You tend to skip or miss altogether, some of the finer, less obvious details.

So Which Camp Are You Currently In And Why?
Meaning: Are you more of the mindset of. I’m gonna conquer the entire world, in the next 60 days or less. Or are you start off, a little more realistic. And thinking, you’re simply going to chuck your goals down. And bit by bit by bit. Gradually get things done.
Now take a look at my recent post on good ole Linkedin. Once again. Making my 2,500 plus connections know, if they (or you!) are pro-actively looking for potential “podcasting guests,” for their entrepreneurial based podcasts. Yours truly is definitely available.
Question. Looking at all three of these incredibly simple tasks. How much time do you honestly think it took. In order to finish or at l;east start all three tasks? Less than a week.Less than a few days. Less than one ten hour day. Or less than a few hours.
And yet, a staggering 98% of you, will write these incredibly simple tasks down. And still won’t have them fully complete, in the next 30 days. Nod your heads cadets. Because sadly it’s true.
How Many Creative Low Cost Ways You Quickly Come Up With To Get The Word Out!
Here’s the major point. Right now. Now matter what your specific situation is. You can and definitely should be,pro-actively utilizing all o your available tools, contacts, connections, JV (Joint Venture) or cross promotional partners etc.
In order to get and keep, some type of positive, word of mouth or mouse buzz. Don’t you agree? I sincerely hope so. Does it now make mores sense why, you definitely need to think big start small scale fast?
