So right about now you’re probably wondering out loud “if” or to “what” degree strategic “resource allocation” plays in your ongoing journey to long term success, right?  Entrepreneur not only is it an extremely valid question.

First of all you or your major competitors literally have no idea whatsoever. How many of the eyeballs which actually read (or more than likely) quickly glance at your outrageously expensive ad(s.) Did they indicate to you as of this particular moment they were at all interested in any new or used or repossessed furniture or appliances of any kind? Probably not, correct?

but for whatever reasons, week after week and month after month you continuously allocate. more like waste a fortune on your not so convincing traditional ad campaigns, right?

Entrepreneur What If You Or Your Major Competitors Inexpensively Flipped The Script With Some Good Ole Fashion A/B Split Testing?

Say strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. what “if” your single location, non franchised retail furniture concern at least inexpensively tested forming a couple of local JV arrangements with at least two small business owners or service providers. Who typically don’t currently have the type of capital available (like you currently do!) to invest anywhere from $25,000 – $40,000 dollars a month on their various lead generation ad campaigns.

But “if” you or one of your main competitors offered to pay 90-100% of the traditional front end cost for some two sided, market tested flyers and two sided market tested, direct response type of business cards.

Which they and their employees and possibly later on down the line. Once the two of you get your marketing feet wet and really have your non traditional lead generation process totally dialed in. They could and definitely should start strategically approaching their most reliable vendors with some passive income producing opportunities as well.

(Which absolutely do not interfere or detract in any way whatsoever with anything they currently are involved in. But allows them to passively leverage what they’re doing which is already working. Entrepreneur are those potentially profitable opportunities not interesting to seriously contemplate?)

Constantly Be On The Lookout For Some Previously Untapped Marketing Or Promotional Opportunities!

Case in point. You or your major competitors look around until you find a few up and coming local real estate brokers. Whose businesses are independently owned. And offer to pay for the cost of both their best market tested, two sided flyers and or business cards. Provided they’re using (and even know how to use!) Proven direct response marketing strategies and tactics. Say what?

Because guess who will also be piggybacking on side B of each of those proven marketing tools, with one of their best market tested offers? Good, we’re definitely on the same page. So imagine it , (on some other-proven list building type offer) being on side B. of every market tested flyer an independently owned real estate broker and any agents they have. They list a picture and specs on the flyer and pass them out at their actual showings. And of course any and all of their prospective customers will have online access to this vitally important info as well.

You Don’t Have To Try And Generate Tons Of Marketing Leverage In The Beginning! (Instead Laser Focus On Getting Things Off The Ground In A Major Way And Steadily Moving In The Right Direction!)

But now they’re not only prospecting for themselves. Burt also potentially lead generating for you or your major competitors as well. Because on the back of their direct response type of two sided  business card.

Your best market tested landing pages-s web address will be on side B of their best direct response orientated, two sided business cards. Say what? And because they’re one of your potentially most successful JV partners. They can be compensated either by:

A.) A set rate of X amount of dollars for every lead which ultimately converts into a paying customer. For ex, $25-$100 dollars per lead converted into a paying customer.

 B.) Simply paid 25 or X% of the gross amount of front end (first sale only) revenue their leads/customers produce each month. (Or some mutually beneficial agreed upon revenue share split.)
