Why Creating Business Partnerships Is Definitely Worth The Time And Effort!

  (Especially If Constantly Writing Extremely Big Checks Is Not Currently A Viable Option!)

So if you’re not currently a part of the Wall Street investment crowd. Have have no plans to immediately become a part of it any time son. You probably think any type of so called partnerships simply don’t apply  to your business or service, right?

Well if you’re not planning on attempting to take your company or service public any time soon. And you definitely want to systematically  leverage other non directly competing vendors current and future assets, resources, connections, experience, on and offline credibility, credit, staff, web traffic, opt in email lists or current and future JV (Joint Venture) or cross promotional partners etc.

Then my friend you or your major competitors definitely need to invest in creating business partnerships of some kind or the other. Because doing so dramatically reduces your initial upfront cost plus adds nicely to your bottom line. Often times for literally pennies on the dollar.

Entrepreneur This Is Definitely What Makes Creating Partnerships More Than Worth Your Time!

On the initial surface it may not seem obvious at first glance. But mega behemoth Facebook forms various types of non traditional, mutually beneficial partnerships with their most loyal advertisers. Say what? Case in point. Did you one of Facebook-s most lucrative income streams to date.

It’s where by rewarding their advertisers who consistently create stick-able content on Facebook’s platform. The longer the advertisers who will readily hire qualified outsourced freelancers BTW.

The longer this video or written text can keep Facebook users on the site. The less upfront out of pocket expenses the advertisers pay to run their ads.

And the primary reason for Facebook-s apparent generosity is. They can sell more advertising to the tune of (at last count) 20 billion dollars per year.

So just for laughs. Let’s say Facebook discounts about $50 million dollars in initial front end ad revenue discounts to their best paying advertising clients. But strategically on the back end they merely deduct the $50 million or whatever the actual final numbers are from their overall gross of $20 billion in annual revenue from this one extremely simple partnership arrangement.

If you were in charge of this particular division of Facebook or any other major seller of mass advertising campaigns. Does this type of market tested arrangement make sense to you? (I sincerely hope so.)

So How Can Your Not Exactly Behemoth Business O Service Consistently Profit From Proven Arrangements Like That Just Described?

It’s a great and extremely relevant question entrepreneur. And I’m so glad you finally decided to ask it. Suppose you have a web design company. What good is a fancy website that cost anywhere from $3,500 – $7,000 dollars or more to have made.

And it generates virtually little or no targeted – organic- (free) traffic from any of the major search engines? And rest assured this sadly is an all too common situation. And usually the web designer company. Especially if they themselves is either a solo-preneur or one to three person operation.

They tend to offer little or no meaningful help or assistance in this particular area. However, let’s suppose you form a strategic alliance with someone qualified in basic on and off page SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or various social media marketing strategies.

You could at least inexpensively A/B split test the following non traditional marketing strategies and tactics.

1.) First: You could offer your web designing customers the SEO or social marketing experts free 1-3 page cheat sheet on their specialty. And either be paid a flat JV (Joint Venture) revenue share percentage of 25-75% on the initial front end sale they make from your clients.

Entrepreneur Operational Partnerships Don’t Have To Fancy In Order To Be Or Ultimately Become Extremely Profitable!

Or if they make enough on the back end of their sales funnel it may be more than worth it to them.

To pay you or your major competitors more up front because they have virtually no upfront cost to generate these semi qualified leads on their front end. And they’re only paying you or your major competitors for the leads which actually convert into paying customers.

 2.) Second: You two could decide to simply add each others best market tested sales links to each others follow up email (drip campaigns) and you both keep either 75 or 100% of any and all revenue you generate.

3.) Bonus strategy: You could also decide to use each others services and give each other glowing video, audio or written testimonials. This way here if nothing else you both have an evergreen marketing tool you can literally monetize for years to come. Don’t you agree?
