Who Else Definitely Wants To Know How To Grow Sales And Profits?

Quickly picking up where the previous post(s) in this particular series left off. Let’s say you do currently own and run, a fairly successful, single location, non franchised family orientated Mom & pop bakery.

And truth told, you really have no immediate plans to try and open any additional locations.

However with this being said. This is not a valid reason, for you and your associates, to not constantly strive to increase your profits, correct?  😀 Right.

So this is why, you’re constantly looking for some proven ways, to form some type of mutually beneficial joint venture (JV) arrangements, with other non directly competing, small business owners and or service providers, whom you already have sort of established business or personal relationships with.

Keep Investing Your Various Resources In Some Battlefield Tested Strategies To Improve Profitability!

Case in point. Stop and consider this (potentially) profitable overlooked fact. For at least the last six or seven years, both you and several key members of your staff, have all being going to the very same, privately owned auto mechanics service garage, have you not?

So these two brothers shop, is definitely one of the local non directly competing service providers, you should be working with.In order to form and hopefully sustain, an ongoing JV partnership of some kind with.

Not to mention the fact, the two brothers and some of their staff members, have constantly (over the years), been some of your most loyal customers as well, correct?  😀

So here’s what you initially propose. Going forward, you want the auto repair garage owners, to periodically do three things.

Stop Wondering How To Make A Small Business Profitable!

First.) Going forward, every one of the auto mechanics customers, who either spend over X amount of dollars.

On the drivers seat or taped to the steering wheel, the extremely valued customer, will discover a sealed envelop, with the words “Thank You!” written in bold red letters on the outside of the envelop.  😀

And inside the envelop, the customer will discover, two extremely time sensitive, market tested offers.

A ‘bounce back’ offer of some kind from repair garage. And one of your bakeries best, market tested, extremely time sensitive, hand written expiration date offers, for initial first time customers to come in and purchase a bakers dozen worth of donuts.

Meaning 13 instead of 12.  😀 And save X% off for doing so.

Second.) Also, say once every other month, or every three months, (every 90 days) or so. Any outgoing physical enveloped 1st class mail, the local garage owners send out, to either prospects, customers and or vendors etc.

They will also include, one of their and one of your bakeries, best market tested, extremely time sensitive, hand written expiration date offers as well.

The Profit In Business Can And Should Be Made On Both The Front And Back End Of Your Business!

Third.) And make the aforementioned groups aware, if they have any upcoming celebrations planned. Because they are extremely valuable customers and or vendors of the auto mechanics.

They can save off of birthday, wedding anniversary, retirement, sweet X parties and or business and or weekly and or monthly organizational meetings etc.

Simply by calling your bakery and establishing their VIP accounts.Which also come with some pretty cool additional perks (benefits) as well!  😀

And in exchange for the auto mechanic periodically hooking you up. You gladly create some annually renewable, two sided index style cards.

And of course have them laminated. And these cards entitle both the garage owners and their staff, (including) either their secretary and or bookkeeper.

This Is How To Sustain A Competitive Advantage In Business!

On at least two of your traditionally slowest days of the week.

They present their cards,, and automatically save X% off any purchase. With no minimum purchase required.

This way, you know (at least) some of them, will be prone to brag to their friends and family members, both on and off of their social platforms, correct? Oh yea.  😀

And on side (B.) of the cards. It will list check boxes, for them to save at least 30-50% off, on Mothers, Fathers or Valentines Day.

They can save up to 50% off any purchase on either their birthday and or wedding anniversary etc.

And for the actual owners of the garage. On either their birthday, wedding anniversary, and the anniversary day of when they initially opened their business. 😀

The More Practical Types Of Competitive Advantage Strategies You Implement The Better Off You’ll Be And Or Become!

They present their card and get a large beverage of their choice free! Plus at least a bakers dozen X, at your actual hard cost. This way, for virtually pennies on the dollar, they constantly create, some viral, positive word of mouth and mouse buzz for you, correct?  😀

And don’t forget, if they or a relative or extremely close friend, neighbor and or colleague has kid(s) under the age of X.Each year you get to supply the birthday cakes and other gourmet pastries.

And get even more relatively inexpensive exposure to potential future, long term repeat customers, for literally pennies on the dollar. Is that a win/win scenario or what?  😀

So are you definitely starting to appreciate, (how) you and or your major competitors, can definitely increase your profits, on both the front and back end of your business and or service. Say yes! Great!
