You know the more or the faster (or smarter!)you and I work on strategically building authority and or your brand. The less time, effort and potentially expensive financial resources you’ll have to put at risk on the initial front end of your funnel.
Ladies & gentlemen unfortunately anybody can temporarily write checks for PPC (Pay Per Click or (PPV) Pay Per View video ad campaigns.
That is until your campaigns either get temporarily or permanently shutdown. Or your ad costs rise to the point it’s simply no longer cost effective to run them. All of the above routinely happen all the time. (It’s just the gurus don’t like to acknowledge this all too common, little known fact.)
and once or as soon as your capital is gone. You no longer get the opportunity to leverage it. Because paid ad campaigns are pretty much a pay as you go process. As I’m sure you’ve noticed by now.
No mater “how” you and I have previously invested in ad campaigns. The moment you and I stop paying for the ads. The platform stops running them, correct? So “why” put some proven marketing exposure strategies and tactics in place. Where you and I invest both our time and other resources into a proven marketing strategy or tactic just once. Yet reap the long term results going forward. Sound like a proven or potentially profitable plan or what?

So when you hear or read the phrase building authority. What readily comes to mind? Do you automatically think about some of the world’s largest mega brands? because surely that’s part of it. But on a much smaller, far less corporate level. Entrepreneur you and I can and definitely should be utilizing various promotional or proven marketing strategies or tactics.
In order to further boost our cred and potentially bank account filling authority. So your/our ideal prospects and customers systematically turn the tables. And start routinely seeking us out.
Such was the case recently for me. When Michael Walter, the amazing podcast host of the “Smartagents” podcast. Recently reached out and invited me to be a guest of their podcast.
The shows main premise is to help both real estate brokers or agents, (especially the smaller lesser known ones) build, establish and grow their personal and professional brands. (And I was invited to share some proven, non traditional marketing/promotional strategies and tactics to help them or you do so. Thanks again for such a fabulous opportunity Michael.)

I will also be sending the youtube link to my opt in email subscribers. And “Smartagents” currently has an opt in email list of over 150,000 subscribers and steadily growing. (And “if” only a measly one percent of those subscribers visit my or your blog. That’s still an impressive 1,500 unique eyeballs. (150,000 x .01% = 1,500. And possibly more.)
Do your currently blogging efforts consistently generate at least 1.500 unique visitors per month? Or “how” about your paid ad campaigns?
And since they currently have a relatively high Domain Authority (DA) of 39 out of a possible 100 . This certainly does help with my SEO (Search Engine Optimization) rankings as well, does it not? And “who” knows who will come across this episode over the years.
And “who” these current or future viewers know or are or will ultimately be connected to, right? My friend you definitely own it to your bottom line to start building authority of some kind asap, don’t you agree? I sincerely hope so.
Otherwise you’ll have to keep putting a ton of your extremely hard earned money at risk.
