   (And “How” And Why The Vast Majority Of Your Major Competitors Will Never Ever See This Potential Source Of New Business!)

So honestly, how often do you even bother to read a newspaper that’s at least three days old, or older!

This goes for the online publications you read as well! You either!

Or what about this, can you find much use for an expired gift certificate of  some kind?

Again, with many of the time sensitive items, you either use it or lose it right?

Well, thank goodness lot’s of your would be major competitors, see the world of business and entrepreneurship, exactly the same way!Huh?

Unlike a much smaller percentage of profit seeking entrepreneurs, that realize and recognize, there’s more than one way,to effectively serve their market and profit handsomely as they do so!

But it’s all  matter of “how” well and to “what” degree you truly wish to serve your target market.Because once you decide it’s more about serving and helping others reach their overall objectives and goals first and yours/ours second!

My friend, it’s right then and there, the proverbial flood gates of opportunity open up and remain open to you, and or your major competitors!

Take a look and see exactly “how” this particular mindset of marketing possibilities, can and definitely will work extremely hard for you! Provided your open enough to it doing so!

So What Is This So Called Proven Source That Extremely Savvy Entrepreneurs Often Turn To When Traditional New Business Is Nowhere To Be Found?

Ladies & gentlemen, (believe it) or not, it all starts when you start consistently developing the habit of seeing current under utilized, (and or) so called dead assets, with new eyes of marketing possibilities.

Because what your typical competitor(s) might view as a so called dead asset and or dead opportunity, you see as a spring board to long term potential profits!

Case in point, let;s say you’re a local real estate developer, that specializes in building, modest single family homes, condos and townhouses, that range in price from $150,000 to $500,000 dollars, give or take.

And typically, you spend about $15,000 to $20,000 dollars a month, between your constant full, and half a page ads that run in three of the areas most popular real estate related magazines.

And your monthly 25 blocks of 60 second or two minute, (prime time) radio and or TV ads etc.

Far Too Many Extremely Hard Working Small Business Owners And Or Service Providers Are Barely Squeaking By Simply Because They Lack Basic Marketing And Closing Skills!

And then there’s this up and coming, local architectural firm, that currently spends between $5,000 to $8,000 dollars per month, advertising their various products and services, to prospective home buyers, who are literally in the same buying demographic as the extremely savvy residential real estate developers target audience.

And for whatever reasons, (primarily) because,the architects (literally) have no clue, “how to” effectively advertise and or professionally market their products and services, and thereby grow their firms business.

Their ads, rarely or barely even break even on the initial front end!

Which means the three partners that currently own the business, are constantly struggling from month to month, just to make ends meet!Sound all too frighteningly familiar?

Successful Entrepreneurs Eventually See And Eventually Come To Appreciate The Overall Big Picture! (And Had Better Too!)

And if they don’t get things figured out pretty quick!And start turning things around asap!They’re all going to have to quickly find 9-5 jobs working for someone else, (once again), and abandon their dreams of entrepreneurship altogether!(Or at least for the time being!)

Without going any farther, (entrepreneur) can you see “how” these two profit seeking entities might be able to strategically scratch each others back, so they both benefit?Let’s have a closer look!

Ever Notice Whenever Savvy Small Business Owners Strategically Combine Their Various Resources Really Good Things Start To Happen!

So let’s say both of these business owner/service providers, (are not) only members of the local chamber of commerce, but they’re also members of a relatively active,local meet up group network, that routinely meets once a month, on the first Monday of each month, for breakfast, at a popular local coffee shop.

And it’s here, one of the main partners of the architectural concern, reveals their fears of “what’s” probably gonna happen real soon, if they keep shelling out $5K to $8K per month, (or more!) on dismally performing, outrageously expensive, traditional advertising cost alone.

And another $3,000 dollars per month on (not exactly cheap) deluxe office space!

Plus their secretarial, and other ongoing administrative office staff cost, and on top of the fact, they’re simply not converting enough of their leads into paying customers of any kind!

Extremely Savvy Entrepreneurs Know And Understand How To Profit From Marketing Leverage!

And as this extremely marketing savvbuilder listens intently to this partners plight!His marketing wheels inevitably start turning really fast!  😀 

So he asks the partner, about “how”many total leads/inquiries do they average per month! And more importantly, “what” pray tell, do they ultimately do with their (so called) dead lead files?

Upon hearing basically nothing! The marketing astute developer, asks “if” they would be sincerely interested in recovering, all or part of their current monthly advertising cost? Provided, in doing so, it didn’t interfere with their current way of doing business! 😀 

And of course the answer was a resounding yes! So here’s (tentatively) what the astute developer proposes, pending his firm actually being able to reasonably verify through their paper work, what this particular partner is claiming to be the case!

Extremely Successful Entrepreneurs Often See Opportunity Where Others Only See Challenges!

Since all the developer had to do is, sell at least two $150,000 dollar homes, and or one $500,000 dollar home a month, to pay all of his relatively fixed overhead, and he can still earn a very nice gross front end profit!

And according to the architectural partner, they easily average at least ten to twelve dead leads per month! The developer reasoned, (it’s probably) cheaper to simply pay $5,000 dollars per month, ( or X dollars per month) of the architects monthly advertising cost, in order to get direct access to their ten to twelve, semi pre qualified dead leads!

And strategically and inexpensively follow up with them, about buying one of his recently built homes!Because the chances are extremely good, if those direct prospects, couldn’t or didn’t eventually buy a home from him.

    I believe with all my heart and soul that when two smart business owners combine their resources amazing things can happen. I’ve done something like you have illustrated here when I had an off line business that I was 100% dedicated to. Before the internet 🙂

    Not all people understand this because they may be blinded by greed, or ego. But there is no room for that when it comes to business. To make things flourish, people need to work together.

    If one knows how business ticks, then they would have no problem doing this.
