Sadly your all too typical aspiring business owner or service provider is initially content to jump into the middle of an incredibly large.
Primarily untargeted group. (Meaning attempting to use outrageously expensive, dismally performing traditional ad campaigns.
And try and out scream, (or out spend) their major competitors. Basically the equivalent of you and I trying to out scream 80,000 fanatical division one college football fans. Entrepreneur, “how” long before both your voice and overall enthusiasm plays out?
On the other hand “why” not try and strategize in order to work harder, but in a much smarter way? (Your potential long term results are definitely worth it, are they not?)
Ladies And Gentlemen A Proven Marketing System Definitely Saves A Whole Lot More Time! (And Saves You A Ton Of Elbow Grease!)
Case in point. Rather than your independently owned, (non franchised) retail furniture concern constantly wasting a fortune on outrageously expensive, local prime time local radio, TV and local newspaper ad campaigns etc.
Instead form some potentially profitable JV (Joint Venture) type arrangements with initially at least established local residential and commercial real estate brokers. And later on some of the consistently top agents who work them.
(Especially before they go out on their own.) Now when someone, (be it a local couple or individual) buys a house rents or leases a luxury condo or townhouse etc.
You and or your major competitors can both strategically and systematically. Leverage both their personal and professional inner circles for literally pennies on the dollar. (How you so skeptically ask?)
Entrepreneur Why Continually Waste A Fortune On Outrageously Expensive Advertising Or Promotional Campaigns?
First of all since at least some of these extremely high income and micro influential local men & women. At some point will definitely want to invest in some high end living room and master bedroom furniture and other fancy appliances, correct?
Sell it to them at or just above your actual hard cost. Because rest assured when some of their professional and personal inner circle members see it.
At least three things will definitely start to happen over and over.
1.) First: They’ll be impressed enough to want to know “how” they can get hooked up too, correct? 😀
2.) Second: They’ll constantly share both photos, videos and positive word of mouth and mouse all over the place. (Including all over social media.)
(Whether you and or your major competitors offer to pay or compensate them in some meaningful way or not.
3.) Three: At some point the original customer will definitely want more state of the art high end furniture.
(Any idea “who” they’ll more than likely turn to first?)
And Your Business Organically Grows As Their Lives Keeps Flourishing!
Now on their wedding or business anniversary. You and or your major competitor(s) send them their choice of either a really nice bottle of after dinner wine. Or really nice mid level bottle of champagne. So more than likely they at some point not only will they share it with guests, current or future neighbors etc.
Or current or future associates, besties on in laws etc. Ladies and gentlemen sadly, l-o-n-g after your traditional paid ad campaign (s) have come and gone. This type of priceless strategic marketing exposure will still be working overtime for you and or your major competitors. Don’t you agree?
New neighbors show up on the block. New colleagues join the business or service. Or they move into an even nicer neighborhood etc.
Now they want at least some new even more expensive furniture, right? (You better hurry up and know it.) My friend no matter “how” you slice it.
It definitely makes sense to come up with at least a few proven strategies for constantly working harder. So you don’t seriously risk burning out. Don’t you agree?
