Wanna Know How To Maintain Customer Loyalty And Still Scale Your Business Or Service?

Did you (previously) have any idea, the annual take for the computer repair industry is somewhere in the neighborhood $18 billion plus dollars a year. Neither did I. And when you consider the additional long term gross front and back profits. Which will easily be generated, because you or your major competitors go out of your way to maintain customer loyalty.

But here’s what’s very interesting about that outrageously large annual gross figure.

It includes practically every size of computer repair expert currently out there. Huh? Many of the one or two person neighborhood computer repair shops.

To the much more corporate type of organizations. Including the brand name franchised computer repair outfits. And who really knows how much money changes hands annually. In the under ground computer repair business. Say what? Think about how many college campuses alone.

Have young men & women who repair computers, cell phones and tablets. For cash and discounted prices.

To help offset their not exactly cheap college tuition costs. And conveniently never report their income. In any event. Let’s see what some of these non franchised, computer repair service providers can and definitely should do. In order to inexpensively maintain customer loyalty.

Who Says Marketing And Brand Building Can’t Be Fairly Inexpensive And Wildly Profitable?

Case in point. Let’s say your local beverage distributorship is know for having some of the best tasting and affordable gourmet coffee around. And one day. One of your top sales managers mentions right after your weekly Monday morning meeting.

They had the computer repaired by a local, non franchised computer repair service. Which they’ve literally been doing business with for years.

And “how” pleased they were. As usual with the overall pricing and service. Which immediately got your creative marketing and promotional juices flowing. So you have your top manager reach out to the computer repair owner(s.)

And have them ask the owner(s) with so called two part “magic question.” Say? Which is. “Is it okay to periodically refer you new customers?” And by the same token. As long as it doesn’t take away from anything you currently having going on.

Or will have going on now or in the not so distant future. Are you okay with periodically returning the favor?” Statistically speaking. As long as you pose  this proven two part question to those you or someone already has an established relationship with.

You or your major competitors will get an emphatic yes to both questions. A staggering 95-98% of the time. (And don’t worry about the remaining percent’s.)

So Who Else Is Finally Ready To Discover Some Non Traditional Marketing Ideas For New Business Development?

What you or your major competitors initially propose is the following. Once you discover what their traditionally two or X number slowest days of the week are. Especially during the brutally cold winter and summer months.

You’ll gladly serve the computer repair companies customers. Say from the time they open. Until 12 noon. On those certain designated days.

So for virtually pennies on the dollar. Your extremely great tasting gourmet coffee will be systematically exposed to some of your areas local, potential long term repeat customers.

And clearly  certain percentage of them, will definitely convert into some long term repeat customers. Who consistently spend more and more money, not only on your extremely great tasting gourmet coffee beverages.

But some of your extremely great tasting exotic cocoas, ice teas and lemonades etc.

Why Not Inexpensively A/B Split Test Some Proven Marketing Strategies For Small Business?

There are literally a couple of potentially profitable ways. You or your major competitors could at least inexpensively A/B split the following back end marketing/promotional strategy.

1.) First: You or your major competitors could provide the computer repair shop with Xtra large “Big Gulp” plastic cups with computer repairs address on it.

And every customer who spends over 425 or X number of dollars. and they love great tasting exotic beverages. Like those previously mentioned. And they get the cup to same you or your major competitors gourmet coffee in the computer repair shop.

However, going forward. They get to bring the same Xtra large “big gulp” plastic cup to your gourmet coffee shop. Which is conveniently located two doors down. In the exact same mini strip mall.

And now instead of spending the usual retail price of $5.79 per cup of gourmet coffee or other exotic beverages. Now they only pay anywhere from $.99  cents to $1.29 per cup. Say what? So you what some of the computer repair services best customers will definitely start doing. Right?

 A.) They’ll frequent you or your major competitors shop more often. Right? No doubt.

 B.) And they’ll definitely start sharing, (more like bragging!) more often. Both on and off of social media. Coming up very shortly in part two.  You or your major competitors will “discover” potentially profitable marketing strategy number two.
