And while you definitely have skills, and you (from time to time), are able to land decent paying performances.
Your main problem is, you can’t quite afford, (just yet anyway), to kick your corporate job to the curb just yet.Otherwise, if you prematurely did so.
You’ll probably find yourself, (not only) temporarily sitting in the dark.But without cable and or access to your cell phone too.
This being the case, as you discover how to increase market share, and raise your brand awareness, so the players in your immediate area, start seeking you out for a welcome change.
You recognize, you either gotta develop and or change your current marketing strategies and or tactics, agreed?
The Faster And More Solid Your Build Your Business Network The Less You’ll Have To Rely On Outrageously Expensive And Dismally Performing Traditional Advertising And Or Promotional Methods!
Say for example. As you look around. Notice who else, has semi and or direct access, to your potential target market.Whose definitely not directly competing with you.
But you both, directly benefit, (long term) from the exact same customer base.What about, a non franchised, local -independently owned bakery.Huh?
Stop and think about it, (and the) current untapped, joint venture, JV) and or, potentially huge cross promotional opportunities for just a second.
The bakery sells their extremely great tasting goodies, to adults, right? yep. And some of the adults, have kids, do they not? Oh yea!
And some of the adults, have both relatives, besties and or neighbors and co-workers who also have kids pretty much in the exact same age brackets,right? No doubt.
Which also definitely means, both parents and some of the grandparents or aunts and uncles, are constantly posting videos or images, all over social media, correct?
Being An Entrepreneur Is Most Definitely A Certain Type Of Mindset First And Foremost!
So what do you think, will definitely start to happen to your long term profit making potential, when you (and or) your major competitors, start doing, the following five things.Over time of course.
And remember, (these hypothetical marketing examples), are not only for illustration purposes only. And it’s from the 30,000 foot overview perspective as well.
And it’s also not to try and suggest. You simply do this first, then that and bam! Insta marketing success! No way!
With that said. Initially approach one of the locally, independently owned, bakery business owners, whom you’ve literally done business with for a while.
And ask if they’d like to add an additional 25 (or X%) more gross income to their bottom line, without have to invest a ton of their extremely hard earned money, in order to do so. Say what?
There Are Definitely A Ton Of Non Directly Competing Local Businesses And Or Service Providers Who Would Love To Either Partner And Or Become One Of Your Most Valuable Cross Promotional Partners!
Initially, you simply offer, to start passing out,(whenever you perform locally) their extremely time sensitive, X% off to new first time only customers, discount coupons and or gift certificates.
The main strategy being. When or wherever you’re performing locally. Whether it be a paid show for you or not.
At least some of the guest in attendance, will be adults correct? And some of them probably love bakery goodies, right?
So in exchange for you passing out the bakeries, extremely time sensitive gift certificates to the people in attendance.
The bakery in turns, agrees to place your extremely time sensitive, market tested offers, inside the bags, of every local customer, who orders a cake or other bakery goodies, for a kid, in the age range of 7-12. Or X.
This Is How Or Why Developing Your Entrepreneurial Skills Will Most Definitely Pay Off In The Long Run!
Unlike, (97%) or more, of your major, local competitors. Each and every time you perform, (whether) it’s for free and or you’re being compensated in some form.
You will hold a free drawing of some kind. (Power list building 101.) So you capture, (either) your potential prospects, primary email address.
And or, (for future) snail mail follow up purposes.You’ll collect their physical mailing address too.
And you’ll offer something, those parents or legal guardians, will definitely want to win for their kids sake.
And all the runner ups, will also win, (extremely time sensitive), discount coupons, for one or X number of your performances.
Increasing Your Income Is A Whole Lot More Likely When You Start Systematically Power Networking!
Plus, you’ll also provide them, with some of the local bakery owners, extremely time sensitive gift certificates.
And between the two of you. You’ll strategically cross promote yourself, to higher and higher gross revenue.
In part two, you’ll discover at least three more incredibly simple marketing strategies, (if nothing else), you definitely need to inexpensively A/B split test.
