So entrepreneur, heading into this third installment, of our ongoing series, is there any doubt that super information marketing guru Robert Allen, definitely knows a thing or two, when it comes to successfully creating multiple streams of income? And “how to” do it effectively, with regards to first identifying and then strategically marketing to a specific niche?

In this third installment, (the trilogy) if you will, you will discover some pretty fascinating and cutting edge ways, that Bob Allen and company, were literally in the forefront of the information marketing business model.

So What’s Super Information Marketing Guru Robert Allen’s Secret To Consistently Generating Multiple Streams Of Income From His Very Narrow Niche?

First of all, from the very first moment virtually unknown and eventually mega best selling author, Robert G.Allen first burst on the national and later International scene, his ever growing chorus of detractors (aka) haters! 😎

Most of them fully insistent-ed, not only were his highly touted “Nothing Down”, creative real estate investment methods, and strategies not really doable in the (so called) real world of serious, long term wealth building, with regards to real estate acquisition!

But in reality, “Robert Allen” and company, was nothing more than a slick, highly polished marketing/sales expert, who was merely using his marketing prowess, (at every turn), it would seem, to hustle his books and seminars to a group of clueless and in some cases, totally desperate amateurs!Ouch!

So get this, sensing a potentially huge mega windfall profit on the horizon! And a chance to garner some major free national publicity and therefore dramatically increase his book and seminar and advanced Coaching program sales even higher!

(As per usual! 😎 ) old Bob, strategically leveraged his critics extremely harsh public tirades against him and his (so called) extremely questionable methods of real estate investment acquisitions!Here’s what he initially did!

So How Does Temporarily Silencing His Critics Lead Robert Allen To Even Greater Multiple Streams Of Income?

Since Bob’s original, mega best selling block buster book, “Nothing Down”, also had the following major power headline and sub headline appearing in various major newspapers and other specialty magazines all over the place etc. “Send me to any city, take away me wallet and leave me just $100 dollars! And in 72 hours or less,I’ll purchase a quality piece of real estate, using little or none of my own money!”

(Note: While that’s not the exact quote word for word!But hopefully you get the gist of what his ad was trying to convey! 😎 ) Anyway, needless to say, that incredibly outrageous claim, from this previously unknown author, that seemed to have the Midas touch!

Not only caught the eye of his steady growing chorus of severely out spoken critics, but one particular major newspaper, actually issued him a public challenge to make good on his seemingly outrageous claim!

And (get this!) they actually offered to film/document his 72 hour entrepreneurial pursuit to make good on his claim! And they would gladly document and prominently feature the outcome after 72 hours, good or bad!On a high ranking, nationally viewed TV show!

And report to America whether this guy was in fact the real deal or just the latest, in an ever growing bevy of real estate information hucksters, that were steadily popping up everywhere! So (for just a moment), put yourself in old Bob’s shoes!

Here this guy is triumphantly parading all over the country, constantly appearing on both nationally syndicated, high profile radio & TV shows!

Boldly proclaiming, that with nothing more than $100 dollars in his pocket, in 72 hours or less, he could literally go to any city in America and legally tie up a quality piece of investment grade real estate, that didn’t have the dreaded negative cash flow associated with it, and he could do so in 72 hours or less!Say what?

So here’s the skinny, old Bob rolled off a plane, being filmed by a major TV network crew, he hands the assigned journalist his wallet, they hand him $100 dollars in cash, and just so none of his critics, could accuse him of fixing/staging this entire event, as some sort of high profile publicity stunt! 😎

It was agreed to ahead of time, that he could not be told which city, he was to make good on the challenge!

It was decided, that San Francisco California was the perfect city to discredit old Bob, because his extremely harsh critics claimed, his methods, if they were actually able to be used, couldn’t possibly work in the current real estate investment environment of San Francisco, because they would automatically generate an insurmountable negative cash flow to the investor!

And therefore, his so called creative real estate, “nothing down” investment methods, were nothing more than clever marketing, in order to sell his over hyped books and seminars etc! 😎

So How Would You Spring Board A Simple Niche Marketing Strategy Into A Financial Publishing Empire?

Entrepreneur, are you sitting down? Under the intense pressure to make good on his now famous and totally outrageous claim, Bob Allen was filmed, first renting a dirt cheap hotel room for a couple of days, and purchasing a hand full of local San Francisco newspapers!

And get this, just 57 short hours later,the guy had legally tied up the rights to a staggering $722,000 dollars worth of income producing rental property!Huh?

(Which keep in mine, at that particular time in San Francisco’s local real estate market, may have meant only legally tie-ing up one or two invest grade properties, because their real estate market was so hot! 😎 )

Anyway Bob gleefully appeared on a nationally televised show at the end of the 72 hour “challenge” period, and while literally in front of millions of eagerly awaiting viewers, including some of his harshest critics, expecting the film crew and the assigned journalist,to happily report the guy was a complete fraud and therefore couldn’t make good on his over the top claims! 😎

Instead, old Bob, while speaking directly with some of the owners live on air, (aka) “motivated sellers”, of these rental units, he had legally tied up to purchase!

He graciously offered to return the units to these owners while on air, advising them to keep them and continue to build their long term wealth!Say what?

Well entrepreneur, needless to say, this guys books continued to fly off the shelves of major book stores in ever increasing record amounts! Both nationwide and now Internationally! 😎 And his live paid seminar auidences , continued to set records! 😎

But true to form, old Bob and company were ready!Because as his first book entered it’s second and third printing etc!

Old Bob carefully crafted a brand new slightly updated cover! And on the inside flap of the back cover, Bob had you call his toll free call center for a chance to enter his free monthly drawing, for a chance to win one of his most popular (and at that particular time) most expensive $2,997 dollar advanced real estate investment strategies week long boot camp retreat recordings.

And this package included fancy real estate acquisition analysis worksheets and workbooks,and at that time, maybe 24 cassette tapes recordings of the entire live event, including videos!All for just purchasing his hard cover book for just $19.95!Yep!

And that’s one of the ways, the guys in house database quickly exploded to into the millions!

And much later, Bob built an equally impressive number of VIP email A lists as well!

And here’s the other huge additional money maker, both he and extremely successful direct response marketing legend, Jay Abraham starting doing on the regular!And soon others would of course follow suite!

It’s Probably Time You And I Develop A Go To Niche Marketing Strategy! (Don’t You Agree?)

And BTW, many of today’s top online Internet marketing gurus are still using these exact same proven marketing strategies to this day!

Since both Bob and Jay were routinely being paid some really hefty keynote speaker fees, to appear at some of the most prestigious “how to” make money  doing X type of events!

Bob and Jay would routinely hold (either) before or after private (limited seating) “hot seat” questioning type of events, where they and some times other invited expert mystery guest speakers, would allow the audience to grill them at these incredibly popular 8 or 16 hours, one or two day events!

And charge anywhere from $500 to $1,000 dollar each to attend! And they’d routinely get 300 to 500 takers! (You do the math! 😎 ) And of course they would record and or video tape these events or both!

And later sell/market them both separately and or as a combo package for even more mega bucks!Or routinely give them away as free “yours to keep no matter what!” Risk Reversal free fast decision bonus gifts, whenever someone purchased one of their far more expensive, 12- 24 month advanced Coaching/Mentoring programs!

Now a days, you routinely see Internet marketing guru speakers hosting ” A day with X”, pre or post major conference events, private mentoring sessions, for big bucks!That sort of thing my friends, started with the likes of super information marketing gurus such as Robert Allen, Jay Abraham, the late great Jay Conrad Levison and a handful of other, extremely savvy information marketing visionaries!

And that’s just another tip of the proverbial marketing iceberg, as to“how” Bob Allen and company, consistently generate multiple streams of income, simply by strategically catering to their niche! Any questions?

    This brings back memories of when I was trying to devour every book on real estate and multiple streams of income. I happen to run into Robert Allen and remember reading the story of when he went to San Francisco and got a place with passive income.

    So with my focus I actually found a way to purchase two places within a year with no money down. I was skeptical of Robert at first up until I did it myself. So it’s definitely possible.

    But he didn’t stop there. He went ahead and set himself up for multiple streams of income which we all want to accomplish. So he has books, seminsts, real estate, etc….he is definitely a busy man!

    Love this story about Bob and his book “Nothing Down” because I used to play the real estate market myself. Yes..nothing down can be done. It is all a matter of making the “deal.” David and I have done it ourselves and had multiple streams of income coming in. But as anything in business goes…we did liquidate many of our properties due to changes in the market. But we always came out ahead.

    Now, applying this principle here online can be very powerful! When you have done something like this before, you can do it again in any type of business.

    For me, it is a “rush” because it gets me motivated, makes my heart pound with excitement. Strategizing and waking up every day to do something that will bring in income is the best feeling for me!

    That was an interesting story. I don’t recall ever hearing about it but I admire those who can do “creative financing” like that. I’m not saying it wasn’t legit, just that not anyone can buy a course and learn all of the years of experience he has within that time and produce the same results.

      In fact, if you think about it, that’s probably the # one reason why so many
      newbie online marketers/bloggers fail so miserably!

      It’s because they desperately wanna believe they can purchase the least expensive
      course as possible, and somehow gain a lifetime of the author(s) real world experiences,
      simply by reading a course or watching a video or listening to an audio lesson or two!LOL!
