now that live events of all kinds are starting to become the thing again. There are literally tons of other non directly related businesses or services which are starting to consist generate ton of cash and re-hire or hire more additional full and part time staff.
For example, take the public speaking business. Before co-vid hit, you had tons of speakers literally travel from one end of their country to the other. Almost on a weekly basis throughout the entire year.
And why not, seeing ‘how’ consistently doing so was earning a six or multi six figure a year income. Think of all the micro income streams being positively affected by their constant travel.
The hotels have a steady stream of paying customers, right? The travel agent or travel agencies are able to service more customers. Which means they can re-hire old staff temporarily laid off. Or if the volume really heats up. They can hire new full and part time staff members.
Car rental agencies suddenly can suddenly afford to run their most successful ad campaigns again. And the hotels are happy to hire additional staff in the laundry, kitchen and hire more outside vendors on a continuity basis.
And the Insurance agencies who sell Insurance to the car retail companies are steadily writing more and larger contracts etc.
So How Does All This increase In On Or Offline Commerce Help You In Being A Broker?
Great question and so glad you finally asked it. Here’s a major mini profit center at least a staggering 98% or more of all hotel chains are constantly ignoring. And it’s just sitting there like an unwanted orphan.
now that both investing in and teaching other extremely interested newbies in “how to” successfully invest in one of the many crypto currencies is now much more main stream.
And these two-five day, offline boot camp training/sales workshops are constantly popping up all over the place. The local crowds are literally eating this type of specialty training up. Just like they initially did with the free “how to” get rich investing in real estate, using “No Money Down” investment strategies were all the rage years ago.
Or the free ‘how to” make a fortune using the “Internet” still packs the house for these 90-120 minute presentations. (Which always seem to en with your instructor offering us the “secret(s)” for anywhere from $997- $4,997 dollars. (Have you noticed this all too common theme as well?)
So seriously consider the math of just one of these successful tours. Which comes to your/our area. And they run a series of 30-60 minute info-mercials.
Plus throw in a few outrageously expensive local full or half page ads in some of your/our areas most popular and therefore most expensive local newspapers or local throwaway guides.
And they may schedule at least two presentations per day. At least every other day. So two on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. And two on Saturday. before they move on to their next target location.
When You And I Assist Other Non Directly Competing Vendors! ( You Open The Door To Some Previously Untapped Marketing Opportunities!)
Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Let’s say each live 90-120 minute workshop draws 400 locals. So two live events per day over four days equals 3,200. (400 x 2 x 4= 3,200.)
And let’s say 75% of them leap at the chance to both fill out an index card with their printed first and last name. And current physical address and their current and cell number.
And they do this at each live local workshop event. And the hotel then sells them to local non directly competing vendors for $20 or X dollars per lead. So 3,200 x $20 dollars per lead = $64,000 dollars in passive income.
Of course the hotel owner(s) would probably make out 5-10 times better if they could form some type of revenue sharing Joint Venture (JV) arrangement. Where they receive ongoing affiliate commissions of 25% on the initial front end purchases of each individual.
But they also pass those names and addresses to a reputable name broker. Who regularly rents the names out for anywhere from .15- .25 cents apiece. The bottom line they consistently earn some form of passive income simply by being a broker. Could you live and benefit from such an arrangement.
