This Is Why Strategically Leveraging Assets You Don’t Definitely Makes Sense!

Ladies & gentlemen have you noticed just “how” much time, money and real effort it consistently takes to generate your own assets? Sure, once you own something. Especially if you and I own it 100% You’re in total control, right?

But think about “what” you and I currently own or control 100%. Is the size or depth huge? Are any sponsors currently beating down your door to pay you to place potential revenue generating ads on your blog posts? And or the home page of your state-of-the-art blog?

Does your YouTube channel currently generate enough targeted traffic in order for you to monetize it in some way? (Presuming you either have a blog or YouTube channel. And “how” about your opt in email list.

Can you monetize it by either, periodically sending your own offers? Or do other non-directly competing vendors offer you money to run sponsored ads in your newsletter? If you answered no to any of the above questions.

How do you honestly feel about strategically or systematically leveraging assets you don’t or probably never will own? (Entrepreneur is that particular concept not interesting?)

Who Says The So Called Income Generating Assets Or Resources Have To Be Yours?

Case in point. Take a look at the image featured with this particular post. And there’s at least a couple of things which probably aren’t obvious. First: The Smart Agents podcast is not only incredibly popular with the real estate broker and agent niche. Second: They also have their own YouTube channel.

And as an additional, potentially profitable asset to be leveraged. At last count. They have a staggering opt in email list of 150,000 subscribers and counting. Ladies & gentlemen, while I definitely can’t speak for you.

My current opt in email subscriber base in nowhere near that number. And who knows “if” it will ever be. But just because it isn’t. Is there any logical reasons you can think of. “Why” you and I and or your major competitors can’t leverage their current and future assets and or resources? As long as there’s mutual benefit?

Take a look at the two screenshot images just below.  The first one is a recent email message I received. Alerting me one of my blog posts got shared on the Viral Content Bee platform.

And the second screenshot image, is showing you VCB’s current domain authority ranking. This according to ahrefs.com’s authority checker website.

Sometimes It Definitely Makes More Sense To Leverage Other Entrepreneurs Various Assets And Or Resources! (Rather Than Waiting Until You Create Your Own!)

BTW, to date my podcast appearance on “The Smart Agents” podcast. It’s received 73 views and four likes, thus far in just over 11 months. Considering the overall big picture. Seventy three views is fairly small, right? Plus, after each of their podcasts gets professionally edited.

They immediately email the link to their, (in this case!) 150,000 subscribers. Now that’s potentially profitable marketing leverage, is it not? And in this particular case. Other than your/our time entrepreneur. Where’s your/our out of pocket cost? How’s that for strategically leveraging assets and or resources you and I don’t own?
