This Is Why Strategically Being Social Is So Potentially Valuable!

   (To You Or Your Major Competitors Long Term Success!)

For sure you already realize the potential long term value of being a social butterfly of sorts, correct? Ask any of your top realtors or top real estate agents or top commissioned only mortgage brokers.

Especially the ones whose clients routinely finance seven figure residential or multi seven figure commercial buildings. These mega successful professionals know for a fact “why” proactively being social with those in their local community who are themselves extremely social. (Both on and offline BTW.)

Over time it’s definitely one of their most potentially profitable daily activities. And the more they participate the higher their income goes. And the deeper their bond with their current and future customers. As well as the deeper their bond with current and future non directly competing vendors, (aka) top JV (Joint Venture) or cross promotional partners.

The quicker and less initial front end expenses they’ll have. Sound like your kind of marketing plan or what?

Entrepreneur Being Social Doesn’t Automatically Mean You Have To Be The Life Of The Party!

Not even close. Case in point. Let’s say your company installs those extremely eye catching doors men and women and local power couples who make a ton of money in various types of industries.

They routinely purchase them for their homes which typically start at $750k – $1.5 million. A few are in the lower price range. And a few are definitely in the higher price ranges.

But here’s the main point. Let’s say on average it will be somewhere between 7-10 years before these customers are personally in the market again for new doors. Unless they happen to sell their home within the next five year period.

In which case they’ll definitely be in the market personally for some newer state of the art doors or windows. But in the meantime. Stop and think and “how” much money they’ll definitely be spending in the meantime.

Which means provided you know your ideal customers total lifetime customer value metrics. So if your company sells mid to high level champagnes or after dinner wines. Why not arrange to either have the contractor give a free (complimentary) bottle of your mid level champagne to the individual or couple.

On either their wedding anniversary. (If it applies.) Or as a special totally unexpected gift on the one year anniversary of them originally purchasing these not exactly cheap doors or windows.

When It Comes To Ethical Bribery Your Ideal Customers Or Clients Simply Can’t Get Enough!

Stop and consider the following all too likely situations which continuously overlap each other. And remember the contractor(s) themselves are definitely aware of their gross front end profit margins.

So you’d think they’d readily embrace an incredibly simple, (albeit) a proven strategy for inexpensively creating some potential valuable positive word of mouth or mouse buzz. And it cost them virtually nothing.

But meanwhile, both the wife and her besties, current and future co-workers or current and future neighbors. Guess what at least some of them are constantly doing whenever they come to her house.

If you said taking selfies or just posting pictures or videos of those fancy doors and posting them all over their social media accounts. And of course some of those social media accounts will definitely include both Instagram or Pinterest.

And all it takes is a few of their followers to reach out to the door installers. And several thousands of dollars on the front end alone end up in the contractors pockets.

And don’t dismiss or neglect the potentially long term benefits of supplying the husband with an extremely time sensitive discount coupon to a local 4 or 5 star restaurant. And the wife, living in significant other or girlfriend receives an extremely time sensitive gift certificate from an extremely marketing savvy an upscale , non franchised retail jeweler.

This Is The Proven Strategy Extremely Savvy Marketers Do To Strategically Lower Their Traditional Front End Marketing Or promotional Costs! (now it’s Your Turn!)

And simply for both joining the jewelers opt-in email list in order to be entered into a monthly free drawing. For her chance to win an extremely eye catching $2,500 dollar diamond studded necklace.

Or she can can come to the retail jewelry store owners store alone. Before the ten or X day expiration date window expires. And they only save 10% off their total purchase.

Or simply for dragging a friend with her whose at least 18. Before the ten or X day expiration window expires. For an extremely limited time she saves 40 or X% off up to $1,500 or X number of dollars.

And as long as her guests also joins the jewelers opt-in email list before they leave the store. They automatically save 30 or X% off their purchase up to $1,000 or X amount of dollars. (No mystery a little strategic A/B price split testing won’t help solve.)

Otherwise if the guests (for whatever reasons!) decides not to join the jeweler or savvy retailers list. Then they only save 10% off up to $200 or X amount of dollars.

Entrepreneur are you definitely starting appreciate how and “why” constantly being social with those who are social. Is a potentially profitable long term marketing/promotional strategy. I sincerely hope so.
