So there’s more than a very good chance ladies and gentlemen. You may only recognize one of the business growth strategist in the main featured image, correct? 😀 The gentlemen to your left.
Is none other than Phillip “Phil” Portman. You can and definitely should Google him. In order to get a much deeper understanding of who he is.
And at least some of “what” his software companies have been able to accomplish. (Very impressive for sure.) Plus the tremendous business knowledge as well as proven entrepreneurial expertise he has amassed throughout his entire value driven based journey. On paper he sounds pretty accomplished does he not?
So Why In The World Haven’t You Been Strategically Leveraging The Benefits Of Email Marketing?
The primary reason “why” I’m highlighting “Phil” and some of his impressive accomplishments in this particular blog post. Is because a while back. As a direct result of my paid premium listing and monthly subscription to podcastguests.com.

And after carefully reading our bios. They invite us and or your/our major competitors on their show. (Which means you/we get direct access to our ideal prospects for free. Typically anywhere from 20-60 minutes. 😎

And Stop Procrastinating On Creating or Leveraging Your Various Digital Assets And Or Resources!
So here’s my main reason for publishing/sharing this particular blog post with you. As you can clearly see from the screenshot image above. Phil had invited me on as a guest for his podcast. ( And I promptly responded via return email message. Letting him know I’d be thrilled and honored to be as his guest.)
This is where the entrepreneurial process, (for whatever reasons!) Sort of completely broke down. 😀 I didn’t get a confirmation or an additional return email confirmation message from him. Nor anyone else in his organization.
So after a time. I strategically followed up with the pre – written -follow up podcast- email message you’re reading directly below.
Basically I simply copy and paste this or a slightly modified version of this rather short follow up message. To any podcast invitation messages I receive.
Where I don’t actually ever appear on their show. Basically this is my ongoing follow up process for trying to bring some sort of closure. One way or the other to their original invite.
And I’m happy to share to date. I’ve been averaging about a 38% positive response and conversion rate. Meaning typically those who actually respond to my follow up email message.
Typically 38% of those still want me to appear as a guest. 😀 Which definitely makes it well worth the effort. To simply copy & paste my message. Don’t you agree?
So this is “how” and why strategic follow up can ultimately equal some long term business growth opportunities. Would you not agree with that particular assessment entrepreneur?
