This Is Why Simply Increasing Your Traditional Advertising Costs Is Way Too Expensive!

   (And Definitely Negatively Effects Your Bottom Line In More Ways Than One!)

Have you noticed how sadly, far too many profit seeking entrepreneurs, who are just getting started using any type of traditional paid ad campaigns? (On or offline BTW.)

The moment they wish to try and increase their overall marketing exposure. They believe simply by increasing their current-traditional ad budget. Somehow their bottom line gross front end profits will automatically. Or worse yet magically increase. Have you noticed this rather flawed thinking on their part too?

Entrepreneur please be extremely careful about simply increasing your traditional advertising costs. Because you may be inadvertently sinking your own ship. And that would be a shame, would it not?

When It Comes To Profitably Building Brand Awareness! (You Definitely Have Direct Or Indirect Access To Some Proven Alternatives!)

As always strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. First of all ladies and gentlemen. It’s definitely no secret that you and I simply can’t afford to pay for ads of any kind. If they don’t somehow eventually lead to turning some sort of  front or long term back end profit, correct?

Which means you/we’re definitely limited to how much capital you can actually afford to risk, right? On the other hand. Simply by initially monitoring your traditional ad or traditional promotional dollars.

Doing so makes it a whole lot easier to both pivot and laser focus in on particular segments of your overall customer base. Take a look at the featured image with this particular blog post.

Let’s say you’re either the owner or one of the top Joint Venture (JV) partners. Or one of the top local vendors of this non franchised, local sub sandwich shop.

Strategically Targeting Your Ideal Prospects And Customers! (Allows You Or Your Major Competitors To Maximize Promotional Dollars!)

So rather than the sub sandwich shop owner(s) to try and rely on outrageously expensive, dismally performing, totally untargeted, mass advertising campaigns.

Suppose you or someone paying close attention in your business or service. Notices practically 2-4 or X times per week. A commercial office building just X number of blocks away. Which has several prominent law firms in it.

Their offices constantly orders at least X number of orders from your shop. Entrepreneur instead of constantly wasting a ton of money on outrageously expensive, dismally performing local radio, local TV or local newspaper ads etc.

Instead strategically divert at least some of your traditional ad/promotional budget. Into advertising directly in some of the most prominent, local publications(or local organizations!) which target or service lawyers in particular. Or local professional service providers in general. 😀 Because doing so will more than likely.

Result in a much more profitable bang for your buck. Don’t you agree?

Who Says Your Ongoing Advertising Costs For A Small Business Or Service Have To Be Traditional In Nature?

Of course inexpensively testing and ultimately implementing the above market tested strategies and tactics. Is only the initial front end tip of long term marketing iceberg.

Simply by repositioning your front end marketing/promotional or advertising approach. You and or your major competitors can open the door, (extremely wide!) In some cases. To some previously untapped marketing possibilities.

For example; both you and the publication might at least inexpensively test. The publication could offer every business/firm and or service provider. Who spends at least X on advertising in the publication.

Their business or service automatically gets special laminated discount coupon cards. Which grandfather them in for lifetime savings of X. (Or for as long as your business or service exists. 😀 )

And every current or future employee/associate who wants one. the business owner or service provider will provide it form them at their own expense. 😀

But they save X% off any purchases made. (With absolutely no minimum purchase requirements! 😎 BTW entrepreneur. Do you a brain dead simple way of applying that last marketing concept? Which a staggering 99% of your major competitors don’t or won’t! Unless or until it’s pointed out to them! 😎

We’ll definitely go even deeper coming up in part wo and beyond. For now, hopefully you’re definitely starting to better appreciate. Why and how simply increasing your traditional advertising costs is potentially way to expensive. Don’t you agree?
