This Is Why It’s Definitely Worth Developing Some Income Producing Assets!

Can you name any profit seeking business owner or service provider who isn’t serious about systematically developing some type of income producing assets and or resources? (For the record me either.)

That being said. Entrepreneur let’s laser focus on “how” you and or your major competitors can not only systematically do this.

But ultimately create multiple mini profit centers while you do so. For literally pennies on the dollar. What profit seeking entrepreneur can possibly say no to a legitimate offer like that?

Are You Finally Ready To Embrace The Potentially Profitable Differences Between Marketing Versus Advertising?

First regarding creating or developing some type of income generating assets and or resources. Let’s say you’re either the sole or co-owner or senior marketing director for a local, no franchised retail appliance center.

And instead of spending, (more like wasting!) another $40, 000 – $75,000 dollars per month or quarter on one of those outrageously expensive, dismally performing local billboard ads campaigns.

As a potentially viable alternative. Since you’re currently located in a mini strip mall. And just two stores down is an incredibly popular, non franchised gourmet coffee shop,

Which both you and several of the other vendors currently located in the strip mall have been literally patronizing for years.

You at least propose the following JV (Joint Venture) arrangement with them.

You Either Decide To Be An Island And Try And Do It All Yourself! (Or Recognize The Long Term Profit Generating Potential Of Forming Some Type Of Power Partnerships! With Tons Of other Non Directly Competing Vendors!)

You offer to expose your constantly growing customer, vendor and employee base to the gourmet coffee shop owner(s) for literally pennies on the dollar.

Here’s how. You’re going to use a sliding scale marketing strategy. for the local gourmet coffee drinkers in your current and future customer base.

For every customer who spends at least $100 or X amount of dollars.

They fill out a singe index card. (They legibly print) their first and last name. They provide the month and day they were born. But not the year! And place it in the giant fish bowl.

And they provide a number they can be called or receive a text. And once a month the retailer will have an employee who reaches into the giant fish bowl. Pulls out one index card.

And for the next three or X number of months. They automatically win three or X number of twenty lb. bags of gourmet coffee of their choice.

But The Money Making Marketing Fun Definitely Doesn’t Have To Stop There! (In Fact It’s Literally Just Beginning!)

This extremely marketing savvy retail appliance center will also simultaneously A/B split testing running a monthly or quarterly free drawing for local business owners or service providers only.

They simply drop their business or index card. (Basically anything which proves they run a legitimate local business or service. On or offline BTW.)

And once a month or quarter one of the retailers employees will draw one of the business cards out of the fish bowl. And contact them their business or service.

For an extremely limited time has just one a state of the art 60 inch flat screen TV. Which is an X dollar value. Notice thus far no mention of systematically building an all important opt in email list?

Entrepreneur Don’t Continuously Sell Yourself Short By Not Fully Utilizing All Of Your Assets And Or Resources!

Case in point. The extremely marketing savvy retailer will assign some associates to monitor where they’ve placed the giant fish bowls for both the individuals and local business owners to fill out the index cards.

However, the associates will make both groups aware. Simply by also going to the lead capture page address on the sign on the desk.

Their name or business will  automatically be entered into the fish bowl an additional time. And all the runner ups will be immediately notified via an extremely time sensitive email alert message.

And because the retailer can contact them via email for literally pennies on the dollar. They’ll gladly pass some of those additional savings onto their subscribers.

In this case in a one time savings of 40 or X% off their total purchases of $2,000 or X amount of dollars. Provided the runner ups drag a friend with them to you and or major competitors store. Whose at least 18, before the ten or X day expiration date window expires.

How’s that for an ethical bribe? In part two you or your major competitors are about to “discover” at least three more market tested strategies for consistently hitting it out of the park.

In the mean time. Can you now or are you starting to better appreciate “why” you definitely need to start systematically developing some type of income producing assets and or resources?

I sincerely hope so, because entrepreneur you’ve barely even scratched the proverbial marketing/promotional surface.
