Case in point. Without knowing the exact numbers on average. But there is an extremely good chance. Approximately every 90-180 days. (Translated: every 3- 6 months.)
Somewhere in your particular town or city. An apartment, condo or townhouse renter decides to move. And they let management know they will not be renewing their lease.

Who should already have formed some potentially profitable (JV) Joint Venture arrangements with either the owner(s) or property management companies who manage these type of properties.

And these tenants, (or whomever they choose!) to pass these extremely time sensitive gift certificates to. (Which only apply to brand new first time customers only.)
Provided they join the retailers opt in email list. And they drag a friend with them to the retailers store. As long as they’re at least 18.
For doing so they’re automatically entered into the retailers incredibly popular, monthly free drawing. For their chance to win a $8,500 or X dollar deluxe living room suite.
