You already know the long term positive affects of being of service to your tribe, correct? If so, make it your business and priority to constantly over deliver content driven value to your tribe.
Being a successful entrepreneur definitely consists of many moving parts, does it not? As a proactive service provider. You or your major competitors can relatively inexpensively gain some additional market share.
So please don’t take over delivering from your tribe for granted. Because it can be or become a potentially profitable marketing asset. Wanna discover how?

So have a look at his two sample lead capture pages. (Both are still works in progress. 😀 ) One is a fully customized -long form landing page. The long form, (right now anyway!) Doesn’t have a sign up form on it for now. Even though he does have a reputable paid email service provider.
But he also has a second lead capture page. It’s more like a standard mini capture page. In fact, (get this!) His mini capture page is for a club called the ‘Single Mom’s Super Savers Club.”
He and I decided to create that club. 😀 Because we both concluded, the single mom niche is a potentially lucrative one. ( In many ways.)
Get Or Become A Service Provider As Soon As You Possibly Can!
Guess who extremely hard working single mom’s know? Other extremely hard working single moms. 😀 So on and so forth. Obviously not all single moms are homeowners.
But a percentage of them are. And they know other locals who may ultimately need some type of remodeling/construction work.
Why spend X amount of dollars every blank. When instead he can ethically bribe the single mom’s & dads. For systematically referring him business.
And the ongoing deal will be. He’ll gladly pay his referrals X% per referral. Based off the gross amount of the project. Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only.
Let’s say a single mom or dad, senior citizen, retired or active veteran refers him a job. And his winning bid is $11,000 dollars or X. He’ll gladly pay them 3% on their 1st three referrals.
But every referral over three they now receive double or 6% for life. 😀 So going forward. That same $11,000 dollar referral is now worth an easy $660 dollars. ($11,000 x .06% = $660 dollars.)
Plus remember, they have to refer three or X number of paid projects first. Before they qualify for double commission percentages. 😀
Positive Word Of Mouth And Mouse Is Still An Evergreen Marketing Strategy!
Just depending on “how” many single moms he can get exposed to via word of mouth or mouse promoting. He’d definitely rather pay performance based referral fees. As opposed to paying for hit and miss ad campaigns upfront.
We are definitely gonna explore (inexpensively test!) Some non traditional marketing strategies. For example; proactively targeting both seniors who are least 60.
And both active and retired veterans. All three groups know other locals, right? And rest assured some of those individuals own their own homes or investment properties. Do they not?
There Is Literally A Ton Of Unconventional Word Of Mouth And Mouse Marketing Opportunities To Be Leveraged!
And when he or his major local competitors do a great job. They can take both pictures and videos. And post them to either, his fully customizable lead capture or sales page. Or their self hosted WordPress website or blog etc. As well as his social media accounts.

And those three extremely viable sources, (four counting) the single moms! Rest assured all four sources have full or part time jobs, have in laws, other relatives, who are also enjoying retirement, right? 😀
Have neighbors, fellow association members or besties etc.
There’s Absolutely No Valid Reasons Why You Or Your Major Competitors Shouldn’t Be Leveraging Some Type Of Viral Word Of Mouth Or Mouse Marketing!
We’ve discussed “why” he probably should proactively target both seniors, who are at least 60. And active and retired veterans. Those veterans keep in contact with each other. Both on and off of social media, right?
