The reason I ask. I have an extremely close relative. Who recently decided to invest in one of these extremely practical devices. But what I really want to direct your marketing focus on.
Is the proven business model most “Life Alert” type of companies and or service providers use. To successfully market or promote these extremely practical devices. And after doing so.
Hopefully you’ll better appreciate how and why you and I should at least inexpensively test implementing it too? make sense?
So What’s Your Best Market Tested Plan For Creating Some Long Term Cash Flow?
For just a moment fellow profit seeking entrepreneurs. Please take a serious look at the “Life Alert” type of income producing business model.
The manufacturers created a product. Coupled with an ongoing electronic monitoring service.
Which their customers wear and or keep close by. Which the customer simply click a few buttons. And within minutes of doing so. The local police and or local ambulance workers.
Are dispatched directly to their/your/our specific location, correct? It’s truly a potentially life saving device, correct?
But the device itself, has a certain fixed, front end cost to the businesses which create it, right?
And no matter whatever price they attempt to sell it for it the rather competitive market place. If they don’t ultimately generate more revenue from selling it. Than they do from marketing/promoting or advertises it.
They or you won’t be able to remain in business, right? Provided they don’t have any type of profitable back end marketing strategies and tactics.
Entrepreneur Please Stop Overlooking The Benefits Of Partnerships!
For just a moment think about the ongoing monthly fee paid. In order to access the “Life Alert” monitoring system. Since most users continuously need the service provided by someone, right?
Let’s say the typically monthly cost is $49.00 dollars a month or X. If the service providers know their ideal customer has a totally lifetime customer value of 60 or X number of months.
Since some may stop because they switch services. Are permanently hospitalized. They unfortunately pass away etc. So clearly you see and appreciate. Just how many potentially life changing variables go into determining their ideal customers total lifetime customer value metrics, correct?
let’s the device itself. Currently retail for somewhere between $49 – $99 dollars. hopefully you see where it makes to either give away free or for actual hard cost.
In order to gain access to the ongoing (back end) payments of X per month. For so many months, right? 
My friend this is where the true fun stuff really potentially begins.
And where potentially outrageously profitable partnerships can and definitely should be formed!
By non directly competing vendors of all kinds! Now can you better appreciate how and why this type of potentially profitable business model definitely makes sense?
