Of course you already know whenever you and I run any type of paid advertisement or promotion. Once the ad runs. That’s pretty much it, correct?
And regardless of how many laser targeted or non targeted eyeballs see your/our paid ad campaigns. You still have to spend money up front, correct? On the other ladies & gentlemen.
The more value driven, problem solving content you and I create for our specific target market. the more top of mind you/we will become.
Proactively creating content for your specific target audience. Means it has the potential to far out last any past paid ad or promotional campaigns you and I pay for.
You simply can’t beat the potentially profitable long term residual affects. don’t you agree?
Effective Content Creation Starts With Knowing And Understanding The Wants And Desires Of Your Specific Target Market!
Case in point fellow profit seeking entrepreneur. Take a closer look at a recent email message I received. (From my Self hosted WordPress blogs contact form.)
It’s from a retail store owner. And he wants to know if my particular skills and profit generating expertise can possibly help him to not only increase his qualified lead flow.
But consistently generate increasing gross front and long term back end profits too. I immediately emailed him back. In order to gather some pretty basic information.
So our free 15 minute power session will be as practical and helpful as possible.
Start Capitalizing And Leveraging Your Various Types Of Digital Content!
For instance; I’m not sure where or “how” he originally found me. So out of curiosity I asked him. This way I know what to focus more on going forward.
Clearly he found me as a direct result of some type of digital content I created. It may have been a guest podcast appearance. Or a blog post on my blog. Or a guest blog post.
Or maybe he found me via of my podcast on Spotify.com. (The Marketing Minute.) Or clips from Youtube.com. The point being. Unlike constantly paying for potentially expensive ads.
Your/our digital content has long term residual value. It can constantly be strategically repurposed as often as possible. Recycled over and over. Once you and I stop paying for those potentially expensive ads.
Guess what? It doesn’t matter “how” much money you’ve spent on those platforms. They will stop running your ads.
(Please don’t misunderstand what I’m saying here. Effective paid ads will definitely help you systematically scale your business or service.
But you and I can’t sustain it unless you keep paying.)
Whose Reaching Out To You When You Stop Paying For Ads?
Be sure you systematically A/B split test your on or offline ads. And keep scaling forward. But you absolutely need to start developing and strategically creating content for your target audience.
Because it’s gets archived and current and future eyeballs can not only see it. They can comment, share and link to your content. And keep it circulating all over the Internet and social media.
Don’t rely on social media by itself. Don’t think they should be doing this or that. Just keep doing your part. Once I speak with him. And get a chance to access their situation.
