This Is What Makes Consistently Being Of Service To Your Tribe!
(So Potentially Profitable! Especially Over The Long Term!)
Seriously, can you think of any valid reasons “why” constantly being of service to your tribe is not a good thing? In the short or long term. frankly, neither can I.
So going forward stay laser focused on both traditional non traditional ways of doing so. And more than likely you’ll be or quickly become one of the respected go to sources for your particular industry.
Your tribe will see to it they help build and spread the reputation of your brand. You’ll systematically reach audiences and constantly be exposed to some major influencers.
Without the need or necessity of having direct or indirect access to extremely large amounts of capital or credit. Sounds like a win/win situation. Don’t you agree?
Just Because You May Or May Not Be A Reputable East Texas Handyman! Doesn’t Mean You Can’t Leverage These Same Proven Marketing Concepts Or Strategies!
Before diving head long into even more proven, non traditional marketing strategies & tactics. As some of you recall from a previous blog post based around the being of service theme.
One of my clients is a reputable handyman whose service based business serves the greater East Texas area. After speaking with him on numerous occasions.
He agreed with me. Having his own, fully functional, stand alone, customizable landing/sales page definitely makes sense. And since he also signed up for Aweber-s paid version using my affiliate link I might add. 😀
This way. I can log into his (or your!) account. And initially create landing/sales pages or sign up forms etc. And systematically tweak them for increased conversion possibilities.
Plus for an additional investment on the clients (or your part!) If need be create or write additional ongoing email sequences for them or you.
(Have a look at one of his stand alone, fully functional, non traditional land/sales pages. If need be. In the not so distance future. He (or you!) Can simply add a sign up form to the page. or future pages I may create for him or you.
In less than five minutes. Make a few strategic tweaks. and now this same page can also simultaneously be used to capture his (or your!)
Most promising prospects contact information. And he (and you!) can now inexpensively and strategically follow up with your drip campaigns.
Attempting To Move Forward Makes No Sense! (If Your Understanding And Skills Aren’t Keeping Pace!)
Keep in mind. Right now, he’s stand alone, fully functional, sales page is a unconventional one page website. But when you look at (non traditional) URL. There’s no way he or you can list it s your URL/web address, correct?
The page is actually live. And it serves it’s primary purpose. Which is for his (or your!) ideal prospects to see what he (or you!) have to offer them.
Also please pay close attention to the website URL. It’s being hosted by Aweber. And the page was built inside his own account. Not mine! This way he (or you!) have or maintain ultimate control.
Which is definitely the way it should be. Don’t you agree? Now anytime he (or you!) wants to check inside his/your account. He can. And he (or you!) can log in and do their own tweaking if absolutely necessary
Or just look around just to stay on top of things. but at all times he (or you!) remains in complete control of your account.
Don’t Ever Put Yourself In The Position Of Being Totally Dependent On Someone Else!
Case in point. he (or you!) can purchase a traditional domain name. Typically for less than $20 dollars a year. (Provided you don’t go crazy purchasing additional bells & whistles. 😀
After purchasing the registered domain name. Now whenever you or they type that traditional URL/web address into the browser of their chose.
It will automatically re-direct to wherever the page(s) are actually being hosted at. Or his flyers or he or you can list his or your domain name(s) in the directories of your choice.
Now he or you can be extremely proactive with listing their domain wherever they or you want to. Take a look at this sample sales page.
It’s a sample for a licensed Realtor. But it could just as easily be fully customized for a CPA, CFP, a licensed real estate agent. Or travel agent etc. (Check it out by clicking the above link.)
Are You Ready To Take Things To The Very Next Level Or Two?
Just as a quick note. On the sample sales page for the Realtor. Near the bottom of the page, there’s an opt in form to collect email addresses.
That form can just as easily be removed. Let’s say for whatever reasons. The Realtor or agent doesn’t feel comfortable enough to write their own follow up email messages just yet.
And they’re not sure of “who” to hire for that particular assignment. So they don’t want a sign up form on their page for now. No problem. It will be added by me or whoever they pay to have their page fully customized.
How cool is that? Hopefully you’re starting to see and truly appreciate how being of service to your tribe. Is definitely the gateway to some long term marketing possibilities. Don’t you agree?
