The Closer You And I Get To the Source! (The More Potentially Profitable Things Can Be Or Ultimately Become!)
Case in point. What type of designer jewelry, do you think men & women who can afford to live in a home or townhouse worth a half a million dollars or more, usually wear? Exactly.
Or what types of cars, SUV’s or trucks, do you think they normally drive? And more times than not. If they have school age kids. Do you think those kids attend public or private school?
And do you think, more times than not, their kids, if they’re at all active in any type of competitive sports activities. Do they normally get their fair share of private lessons? You’d better believe it.

This is why it makes sense, this real estate agent, be in constant contact, with at least two or three, reputable, local roofers, who do quality work. Correct? Or what about one of her past customers, who after eleven years of marital bliss.
Sadly, have decided to divorce and go their separate ways. And things are complicated, because of their three kids and the seven figure business, they own jointly.

Plus, she also has an extremely lucrative JV arrangement, with a local, retail jeweler as well as a retail furniture concern. This way, whenever her current, future or past customers, indicate, they definitely want some new furniture of any kind.
