So Why Is So Called Common Sense Marketing Not Too Common?

Of course the vast majority of extremely hard working entrepreneurs definitely possess a degree of common sense, correct? This being the case. Maybe you care to explain “why” so called common sense marketing is not too common?

This isn’t a subtle slight on any business owner nor service providers intelligence. It has more to do with constantly overlooking and in some cases flat out neglecting the all too common gaps in your current or future marketing/promotional plans.

Usually, (more times than not!) There is a ton of previously untapped marketing possibilities just waiting to be discovered.

Either by you and or your current or future major competitors. Entrepreneur why waste investing a dollar or two? When you and I or your major competitors can consistently generate the exact same or 300 – 500% better results.

For just 30 – 40% of the typical front end cost? Who else is definitely up for that?

After looking at the feature image with this particular blog post. Maybe extremely great tasting pizza simply isn’t your thing. Fair enough. 😀 but if you’re in business.

Maybe your current or future employees or current or future customers or vendors are. In which case you can still systematically leverage their insatiable appetite for great tasting pizza.

How you so skeptically ask? How much time do you have? 😀 There’s more than a very good chance at least some of the local, extremely hard working pizza shop owners.

Wouldn’t have a problem with you or anyone else helping them generate more 1st time and long term repeat customers. Don’t you agree?

So Why Is So Called Common Sense Marketing Not Too Common?

On Average How Much Per Lead Do You Think Your Typical Semi Cash Strapped Small Business Owner Service Provider Pays Customer?

Whatever the amount is. Would you have a problem with being put in the position of generating both new and ongoing business for a fraction of the typical cost?

For instance, let’s say you’re a fairly successful, locally based interior designer. And at least 80% of your business comes from residential customers. And the remaining 20% comes from local business and service provider clientele.

This being the case. At least two of your potentially profitable, long term JV (Joint Venture) revenue share or cross promotional partners.

Definitely should be local, non directly competing, non franchised retail furniture store outlets. And some of the best tasting, mom & pop pizza shop owners.

After all, whether you’ve recently had your home or investment property recently interior decorated or not. Who doesn’t enjoy some great tasting pizza every now and again. Whether you’re vegetarian or vegan. 😀

So why not include an extremely time sensitive discount coupon for both the retailer furniture store and the local pizza shop owner. And give them to both your prospects or clients.

And your arrangement with both a local retail furniture or retail appliance owners. Your JV revenue sharing arrangement is 15 – 25% of the gross front end profits.

(Negotiate your front end JV revenue sharing percentages based on “how” long you sincerely believe the relationship will last.

Because your percentage can be a little lower. Provided the relationship lasts whole lot longer. )

You Probably Have Far More Influence Than You May Initially Think!

For example; if you were to periodically do Facebook Lives every so often. And in the background. Your audience can see some really nice furniture of one of the areas top retail furniture stores. 😀

And you provide your affiliate link in the chat. Every time someone buys furniture from your JV partners store. Using your JV/affiliate link or ID number.

You earn X percent of the gross amount. And

(the furniture store also passes out the pizza shops extremely time sensitive discount coupons to both their residential and commercial customers as well.

(Plus, on the annual anniversary of each of business or service provider who purchases from the furniture retailer. The extremely marketing savvy retailer will purchase X number of cheese pizzas. Plus X number of wings and sodas etc.

Which they’ll get at the actual hard cost from their pizza shop JV/cross promotional partner(s.) And just have the local business owner or service provider pick up the orders themselves.

Become An Educator As Well As A Proactive Marketer!

And it won’t hurt if you or one of your main local competitors looks into teaching a basic, intermediate and advanced interior design class. Via one of the popular adult education centers.

And of course has a free drawing for every student who takes your class. They win a free 1-3 hour power consultation worth X. Only your students who join your opt in email list.

And of course give each student their choice. They join your list and they get all three bonus gifts worth X. But “if” for whatever reasons. They don’t wanna join your list.

Then they get one of the discount coupons of their choice. Hopefully there is no need to go any further. Because you should appreciate how some common sense marketing can and will make a nice improvement to your bottom line. are we both on the same page?
