So Why Don’t You Flip The Script Already?

If you’ve been running your business or service for a while. And you’re not currently considered one of the major players. Are you content to merely keep skimming the outer surface of success? Or are you finally ready to get serious about strategically moving to the very next level or two?

If so why don’t you flip the script already? By that I mean. Why don’t you start taking growing your business or service far more seriously? And look for and be open to discovering ‘how to” do so. Especially if it means doing it for literally pennies on the dollar.

And no it doesn’t mean you have to try and dramatically change everything at once. But are you seriously open to at least attempting to make some meaningful changes?

A Rapidly Growing Small Business Opens The Door To Lots Of Previously Untapped Marketing Possibilities!

So let’s say. Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. You open your women’s nail salon. But initially you start right out of your one bedroom apartment. This way if for whatever reasons things don’t work out. You’re not stressing out over signing a long term lease.

And selling off any used equipment for literally pennies on the dollar. (I certainly can’t imagine that happening to often, can you?) Maybe you could initially approach at least some of the women you currently work with, correct?

And offer to do their nails at just 10-25% or X% above your actual hard cost. And they can save 25 or X% off their next 3 or X number of times.

Provided they refer you at least X number of 1st time customers within the next 30-60 days. And remember each local lady. currently knows at least 25 other local women 18 and over, right?

Now you’re slowly but strategically gaining some traction in your local market.

So Why Don’t You Flip The Script Already?

Just Because You And I May Not Be Able To Initially Start Things Off Traditionally! (Doesn’t Automatically Mean You Can’t Get It Going!)

So strictly from a hypothetical marketing perspective only. Let’s see where you’re. Initially you start off leveraging your current and future coworkers.

You offer them extremely attractive discount prices. On their first view visits to your house or apartment. In exchange for them referring you new first time customers. And you’re always on the lookout for some extremely high profile, local influencers. Who you or someone you know can approach.

Say for instance. A few local hair salon owners. (Including a few of the upscale ones.) You offer to do the owner(s) nail either at your actual hard cost. Or for free.

Because as their daily customers come in to get their hair done. Sooner or later. You know the conversation will shift to “where” they got their nails or X done! And ‘how” much did they pay! And “how” can they get hooked up, correct? 😎

And of course you also offer to do any of the current or future stylist who work in that particular shop. You’ll do their initial job at 50 or X% off.

Marketing Leverage Is The Type Of Long Term Strategy Which Keeps Naturally Feeding On Itself!

And the moment they refer you three or X number of new customers to you. Grandfather them in at 30 or X% off for life. Plus you also offer to their kids for 25 or X% off for life.

These types of extremely low hanging fruit marketing strategies. Get’s them enthusiastically sharing their good fortune on off of social media. does it not? Plus you still may not have committed to signing any commercial leases yet.

(And BTW. Are you non franchised retail jewelers taking notes?) Because you or your major competitors can easily adopt these proven marketing strategies and tactics.

and if you’re not totally sure how. Then you definitely know who to call, correct? For the rest of you. Are you finally starting to appreciate “how” you can and definitely should simply flip the script?
