So What Potentially Profitable Marketing Lesson Can You Possibly Learn?

(From A Successful Offline Real Estate Investor!)

Entrepreneur do you or anyone you know own any rental properties of any kind? If so then you already have some idea of the

type of ongoing challenges challenges landlords routinely face, correct? And the flip side is, as a landlord you also recognize some of the remaining tax incentives and tax reduction benefits landlords are still legally entitled to, correct?

This particular blog post focuses on an essential essential marketing lesson you can and definitely should learn from a successful offline real estate investor. Are you up for learning and ultimately applying this critically important lesson or what?

So What Can You Possibly Learn About Marketing Your Business Or Service Online? (From A Successful Offline Real Estate Investor!)

First of all (you’ve gotta be!) scratching your head. Wondering “how” in the world does a successful local real estate investors strategies possibly help or hurt your chances for online success, right? Fair enough. But before diving head long into the answer.

Have you ever loaned a close relative or a friend or co-worker money? And regardless of the amount you loaned them. And regardless of whether they ever paid you back. Would it be a stretch to go around telling people you’re in the banking business?

So try this train of thought on. Are you familiar with these five free top blogging platforms:

1.) WordPress.com (not to be confused with the other extremely popular free WP platform WordPress.Org.

2.) Wix.com

3.) Blogger.com

4.) Odoo.com

5.) Livejournal.com.

And of course there are others as well. But here’s the main point. What they all have in common is. You and I or your major competitors can literally set up a free, (meaning) the platform itself provides your web hosting. So you don’t need a paid third party hosting provider. (Like GoDaddy or Host Gator etc.)

And in literally twenty minutes or less. (Barring any major non traditional complications.)You can set your blog up and start posting certain types of content as often as you wish to. (So far so good, correct?)

Now let’s quickly contrast that online situation with an all too common offline landlord situation. Let’s suppose you or someone you know currently leases a rally nice townhouse for $10,000 dollars a month.

And for whatever reason(s) you suddenly have the uncontrollable desire to paint your living room and bedroom walls two different, incredibly non traditional colors. And while you think it’s totally cool. The moment the owner(s) or the management company sees it. They not only demand you pay to have them painted back into their original colors.

But they also start the process to have you legally evicted by terminating your lease asap. Because you don’t own the property. You’re not free to simply make any major changes. Without first getting the legal go ahead from the legal owner(s) of the property.

And by the same token ladies & gentlemen. You’re not free to simply post whatever you wish to on the free blogging sites. You’re restricted to what you can and cannot do. Which is “why” you definitely need to have your blog hosted on a separate, (albeit reputable!), third party web hosting service. This way you can post pretty much whatever you wish to.

Provided your content isn’t considered illegal or immoral.

And Don’t Think For A Second Your Social Media Accounts Can’t Be Temporarily Or Permanently Shutdown Either!

Sadly more multi six or seven figure earning a year gurus and guruettes alike. hate or begrudgingly admit they’ve had more than one social media account temporarily or permanently shutdown.

One minute they’re boasting about their 275,000 Instagram or Twitter followers. And suddenly without notice their account(s) get temporarily or permanently shutdown. Please don’t ever forget or take for granted. You and I do not own your social media accounts. It’s definitely okay to leverage them to the hilt.

But ultimately they have the final say about ‘what” you can or can’t post. Which is “why” you and I constantly need to be building your own opt in email subscriber base. Using any one of the many reputable email service providers of your choice.

This way if or when your social media accounts ever get temporarily or permanently shutdown for any reasons whatsoever. You and I can still effectively and periodically communicate with your opt in email subscribers as often as you wish to.

Hopefully you can now better appreciate the major differences between being the landlord (aka) owner versus just being the tenant. One has total legal control. While the other does not.

My friend(s) make this the essential marketing lesson you learn and apply as often as possible, agreed? Because your long term online success definitely depends on you doing so.
