They not only have no real interest, in purchasing this particular property.Say what? That’s correct.

But even more important, they don’t have the financial means to do so anyway.What’s up with that?

So What Exactly Can The Residential Real Estate Sales Industry Teach Struggling Freelance Writers About Creating Multiple Streams Of Income Producing Activities?

Even though the extremely savvy and experienced agents, (who’ve) definitely been around for a while.

They fully realize, not everyone attending an open house, is there, because they’re looking for a home, right then and there. Guess what? Maybe six months to one year from now.They most certainly will be.

Which is why, the savvy residential specialist agents, are so big on doing open house showings. They mix some future power prospecting into the mix.

These extremely marketing savvy agents or brokers, also count on, a few curious neighbors to show up, who they themselves, maybe six to twelve months away, from putting their home or investment property on the market as well.

Or perhaps, they know of a co-worker, employee and or relative, whose ready to buy or sell their home and or investment property as well.

You Simply Have To Meet Your Prospects Where They Currently Are!

Meaning, one of the primary ways, the top residential and or commercial agents and or brokers, consistently create, passive, multiple streams of income producing opportunities.

Is because of their strategic alliances with other local, non directly competing vendors.For example.

They offer brand new home buyers, extremely time sensitive discount coupons, to one of the areas most popular bakeries.(And local attorneys, who specialize in both residential and or commercial real estate closings.)

As well as one of the areas, top designer jewelers. They also distribute, coupons for financial planners, travel agents, auto mechanics and especially for the ladies.

Also, popular women-s clothing boutiques, facial and or local hair salons etc.And specifically for the men on her list.She initially providers them, with extremely time sensitive discount coupons, for popular men-s clothing and men-s shoe stores.

Power Partnering 101 Is Definitely The Name Of The Game!

They also provide discount coupons for local golfing facilities and or retail appliance dealers.And of course the flip side is.These local, non directly competing vendors.

All agree, (especially) if they also, have direct access, to any type of paid email/mobile marketing service provider.

They will periodically send, some extremely time sensitive, (first time only), discount coupons from the real estate agent, (via email and or mobile marketing alerts),where the prospective home seller,s can not only list their home with the agent.

But instead of paying the normal full commission rate of 6 (or X%.) For an extremely limited  time.They can list and only pay 3 (or X%.)

This Is Why Aspiring Freelance Writers Should Definitely Model The Residential Real Estate Sales Industry!

So you’ve finally come full circle here, correct? Huh? Meaning. So what can the freelance writers, possibly learn, about consistently generating, and or creating, multiple streams of incoming producing activities?

For starters. Semi cash strapped freelance writers, can choose to not only get paid by the hour.

Which doing so, definitely helps them better manage their all important cash flow needs. But they can also, accept additional, potentially larger projects.

Where they accept so much upfront, (in order to cover and maintain their current lifestyle), and defer the rest, down the line, on back end. In terms of X% of the royalties.

They can of course, decide to offer paid, one on one coaching and or advanced mentor packages, to other aspiring, (albeit) struggling freelance writers.
