You take a look at most traditional advertising mediums and or opportunities. And it quickly becomes evident their prices are outrageously expensive. Don’t you agree? And as long vendors are willing to pay premium prices.
They’ll remain relatively high, agreed? So it’s probably not very realistic on your/our part to expect to be able to consistently generate some relatively low cost advertising opportunities, right?
Entrepreneur There’s Nothing Wrong With At Least Testing Some Alternative Marketing Strategies And Tactics!
Case in point. (And as always, strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only.) Let’s say your non franchised retail jewelry store. Decided to at least inexpensively test some potentially profitable, non traditional promotional methods.)
Primarily designed to not only quickly get the word out. But create some positive long term word of mouth and mouse impact too. So you and or your major competitors can literally ride and leverage the wave of ongoing goodwill. Sound like a plan or what? 😀
Let your major competitors continuously go the outrageously expensive traditional advertising route if they must.
Okay So Let’s Not Confuse So Called Cheap Advertising Opportunities With Potentially Profitable Low Cost Marketing Alternatives!
So imagine the following incredibly low cost marketing alternative strategy. At least be tested throughout a 20 – 30 block radius. (In order to systematically test it’s potential long term profitability.)
So you or your major competitors have some of your top female associates go around to different, non franchised businesses or services. Which are either completely owned by local women.
Or co-owned by at least one local woman. (Or successfully managed by local women as well. 😎 And your associates first become customers of these local establishments.
And within a fairly reasonable amount of time. They propose the following arrangement. In exchange for the business or service allowing you and or your major competitors to place one of your very best.
Market tested flyers somewhere prominently in their business or service. (And or to periodically send their opt in email subscribers some of your best extremely time sensitive offers.
This Is How You And Or Your Major Competitors Systematically Get Inexpensive Marketing Strategies And Tactics To Work For Not Against You!
Even the general public doesn’t get a chance to take advantage of the extremely time sensitive offers. Until after the expiration date has expired for the email subscribers of each particular vendor. Certainly an inexpensive and potentially profitable marketing strategy worth testing, correct? 😀
In the meantime your non franchised retail jewelry or non franchised retail appliance store. 😀 Will gladly provide every current or future female employee of each local business or local service provider who agrees to participate in this potentially profitable revenue sharing arrangement.
With some $450 dollar a pair diamond studded earrings. And for an extremely limited time they can either save:
1.) 15 or X% off if they decide to come to you and or your major competitors store alone. But before the ten or X day expiration date expires completely worthless.
