As you previously discovered in part one of this ongoing series, sadly, there are quite a few, extremely dedicated, and savvy entrepreneursfor any number of reasons, simply are not going to make it long term, correct?

But as you continuously boil down the major reasons why, they simply had or have, far more upfront, out of control overhead expenses, then they have incoming revenue to cover it, right?

There’s no need to get overly clever or too fancy here. Would you not agree? You continuously invest a dollar of your extremely hard earned money,trying to run and or maintain your business/service, yet only recoup 88 cents or less, and guess what?

Unless, or until, you develop a proven, and reliable back end income generating revenue stream or two,to offset your ongoing expenses, your entrepreneurial endeavor is simply upside down. Meaning, there are simply too many profit leaks in your operation, to sustain itself.

And therefore sadly, it’s only a matter of time, before it no longer makes economic sense to try and keep it afloat! Sound all too horrifyingly familiar? Of course you must realize, it has certainly does not have to be this way, correct?

Plus they’ve also got to maintain, a well balanced mix, of the latest most popular DVD’s, which their local customer base expects, otherwise they quickly find their local market share steadily declining.

Plus, let’s be brutally honest here! No matter what type of fancy, and outrageously expensive security surveillance systems they put in place.

They will still experience a certain amount of inventory shrinkage, (aka), employee as well as customer theft, they have to figure into their ongoing expenses/overhead, correct?

Throw in the occasional late truck, or run on the most popular DVD’s, and ever increasing inventory costs,increases in monthly leases, and guess what? You’ve just lined up the dominoes, so these cost conscious entrepreneurs, are constantly on the look out, for any proven ways/strategies, for dramatically lowering their upfront out of pocket cost.

For sure, right? Now then, contrast all of that, with the extremely timely emergence of “Red Box.” First of all, you no longer need to lease and or rent, outrageously expensive commercial spaces right? So no matter how large her opt in email list continuously grows, and it’s already in the thousands, she will still pay the entry level, monthly service charge!

Now that’s a pretty sweet arrangement, don’t you agree? So what gives? Why in the world, would an extremely reputable, state of the art, paid email service provider,with plenty of business owner experience, enthusiastically agree to such an arrangement?

Under The Right Circumstances Small Business Can Definitely Equal Big Opportunities!

The primary reason is very simple actually. This astute, extremely successful online marketer, is one of their top affiliates! She aggressively, and gladly promotes, recommends and constantly refers their service, to her extremely large, (and constantly) growing, on and offline audience!

In her blog posts, podcasts, videos, follow up email campaigns, by linking to them in her free downloadable special reports etc.

And as you might suspect, a certain percentage of these constant exposures, ultimately result in the vendor inexpensively generating some brand new first time customers, 50% of whom, remain so for at least 36 months (three years.)

You do the math. Is the total lifetime customer value metric of these brand new, first time customers, worth locking in a key and highly influential online marketers monthly service fee, so the vendor can dramatically lower their traditional lead generating expenses?

You got that right. And that’s how some extremely savvy entrepreneurs, (who are certainly no smarter than you!), are consistently able to lower their upfront cost, and still manage to prosper! And how you can too! Don’t you agree?
