2.) Additional strategy # two: This next one is positively huge. So please pay close attention. Without knowing the exact figures, but it’s a good bet that (at least) 88% or more of their daily shoppers, drove to the store.

Yea and? Meaning- those automobiles at some point will definitely need (at least) two incredibly lucrative services.

A.) Potentially costly car repairs and general year round maintenance.

B.) And every registered vehicle definitely needs car Insurance of some kind, does it not? Yep! Can you joint venture with a national car insurer like Gieco or Progressive etc.You’d better believe it!

A Really Practical Small Business Marketing Plan Beats Having No Plan At All!

So Kmart strategically places (at least) ten or fifteen sales associates; two placed at the exit door and the rest of them diligently working the parking lot.

They place their best marketed tested flyer on car windshields promoting (what else) a free drawing. Two guaranteed winners every month will win a $1,000 dollar  worth of gas cards.

Everybody else, (all the runners up) will win a special VIP discount coupon, that entitles them to 25% off any purchase in the automotive section, good for the next year.

3.) Additional strategy # three: Every guy (over 18) that spends at least $20 or X amount of dollars in the automotive section, automatically wins a special VIP coupon that entitles them to 25% off any purchase for the next six months from the hand stamped date.

Plus, any purchase over $50 dollars and they automatically get a chance to reach into Kmarts (or your) instant VIP customer grab bag. And they can win some totally cool instant prizes like; an Ipad or Iphone.
