Proof Positive Some Form Of Information Marketing Is Definitely Not Going Away Any Time Soon!

Have noticed when it comes to evergreen information marketing. Certain subjects seem to always remain at the top of the list. Have you noticed this rather all too common occurrence as well?

You can see the most popular books currently being published, right? The business best selling books are pretty much new and old authors sharing their proven wisdom in a hand full of evergreen subjects.

And the digital information products constantly being promoted bare this out as well. Then there’s literally a ton of information marketing entrepreneurs whose best selling books, courses, videos and currently out of print newsletters are constantly being both revised and re-circulated.

Or their main subjects are now being promoted by a whole new crop of respected experts. But truth told it’s basically the proven fundamentals with a bank account filling marketing twist or two. Turn the page and see for yourself.

Strategically Marketing Information On Specialized Subjects Is Definitely A Multi Billion Dollar A Year Cottage Industry!

You turn on your TV back in the late 80’s or early 90’s and you couldn’t help but notice a ton of 30-60 minute infomercials on ‘how to” get rich by investing in some type of income producing real estate. (For those of you seasoned (old enough!) to remember.)

And there were several men & women who ruled the airwaves back then. One of them was Dave Del Dotto. He offered his “Cash Flow” system to aspiring real estate investors. Or for those totally frustrated with where they currently were in their lives. And were desperately looking for a way out of their 9-5 grind.

The image featured in this particular post comes directly from ebay.com BTW. Because even though the FTC fined Dave’s company. His mega best selling books, video tapes, (old school cassettes,) and workbooks and complete home study courses etc.

Are still selling extremely well (at slightly) discounted prices of course. The main point being. If you take a closer look at the featured image with this particular post.

Notice his books cover evergreen real estate investing subjects like: 1.) Equity Sharing. 2.) “How To” Buy & Use Tax Sale Property 3.) Government Loans. 4.) Your Credit. 5.) Fortunes In Foreclosures. 6.) Whole Sale Government Auctions. 7.) 101 Purchase Offers Sellers Can’t Resist. 8.) Success Express- Starting And Succeeding In Your Own Business.

The main point being. Any one of those evergreen subjects are still being successfully marketed by various men & women experts today. Both on and offline, correct?

Why Bother To Try And Re-invent The Wheel? (When The Correct Trail Has Already Been Blazed!)

At the height of the of Dave’s infomercials popularity. He was consistently selling 1,500 courses per week at $297 dollars plus shipping and handling costs. Plus the appropriate X% state sale taxes.

I have no idea “what” his typical refund request rate was.  You include the air time for his informercials. Weekly payroll, the ongoing costs for his X number of toll free lines. The monthly cost to rent his commercial headquarters space. Cost of producing his workbooks, cassettes and videos etc.

Based on Dave’s lifestyle. There still appeared to be enough left over each week for he and his family to do okay. But getting back to the individual books and videos of live events he constantly sold.

Entrepreneur “how many” best selling real estate investment books can you count right now. Which cover, “Equity Sharing?” Or “How To” Make A Fortune In Today’s Multi Billion Dollar Foreclosure Market.”

In fact there are men & women right now on the scene. Who are considered today’s real estate guru and gureuttes. Who not only specialize in teaching beginners, intermediates and advanced student/customers etc.

“How To” invest in various types of income producing properties. By utilizing “foreclosures” as the their investment vehicle of choice. But they teach them by way of big buck, higher end mastermind retreats. Or higher end 3-5 day live offline boot camps. Or by way of  big buck one on one coaching/mentoring programs etc.

 Entrepreneur Without A Doubt The Multi Billion Dollar A year How To Industry Definitely Isn’t Going Away Anytime Soon!

Or what about all of the top financial experts around today. Who teach and base entire 2-5 day workshops around both initially repairing or utilizing both personal or business credit to? Take your pick. Buy a house. Buy your first investment property. Or buy an existing business or service utilizing more advanced business credit establishing strategies and tactics of some kind.

In fact one of Dave’s most popular workbook and information products not even featured in the image above. Is Dave’s evergreen “how to” buy your first house on investment property using “lease Option” strategies.

How many soft and hard cover books, webinars, PDF’s (Portable Document Files), MP3 recordings or offline workshops are still being successfully promoted around that one evergreen subject alone?

And then there are those constant, free 90-120 minute introductory workshops. Where an info-preneur runs a series of late night cable TV infomercials. Plus some full or half a page newspaper ads.

Promising to finally reveal ‘how” both they and you can make a fortune buying seized property from various Government agencies. And immediately reselling them (even in some cases!) at fairly reasonable discounted rates. And make either a full or part time income.

The point being. Pretty much the same evergreen subjects are they not? Sure in some cases specific laws may have changed. But the overall subject matter remains the same.

Which further proves “why” certain types of in demand information marketing is definitely not going away any time soon. Would you not agree?
