Profit Centers: Why Not Leverage Them As Often As Possible?

  (Especially When You Already Have The Proven Expertise!)

Logically. when you take a step back. And really closely access your various direct & indirect assets and resources. You or your major competitors will probably be amazed.

Because they are definitely different types of profit centers to maximize. Some need to be fully or initially developed from scratch. While others need to verbalized and directed hands off. Still others need to be systematically A/B split tested.

Until they too start consistently generating reliable cash flow. No matter what your particular case turns out to be. The long term increased cash flow.

Probably justifies the continuous efforts, correct?

Scaling A Service Business While Going About Your Day! (Definitely Makes Sense, Does It Not?)

Picture the following, all too common situation. Which happens practically every week in the US. (And probably a ton of times everywhere else too!)

An expert who either works for a reputable social media agency. And or they work for a reputable, paid either service provider like Aweber.com (My current paid email service provider of choice.)

This extremely qualified customer care rep (As Aweber likes to refer to them as.) She has a monthly appointment to either get her hair or nails done. (The qualified gentlemen could start utilizing this exact same concept with their local barber.)

Anyway, this Aweber customer care rep finds out from the owner. Which days of the week are typically the slowest. And to date “what” pray  tell does the owner and other stylist do to fill their seats, when this happens? 😎

At which points she or he gladly explains to the owner(s) the enormous long term benefits of the use of strategic email marketing. The incredibly inexpensive initial start up cost.

Now You Or Your Major Competitors Can Systematically Contact Your Best Customers And Subscribers For Literally Pennies On The Dollar!

They could set up their free account for them. And only charge them $300 dollars or X. As opposed to their usual one time set up fee of $500 dollars or X..

This way their account gets set up correctly the very first time.  Plus explain to them “why” the salon owners or barbers don’t even need a traditional website, in order to continuously utilize potentially profitable email marketing. 😀

A real benefit they may not currently realize. The salon owners only need to purchase an inexpensive, albeit relevant domain name. And the email rep expert creates a free drawing type of landing page for them.

In exchange for credit against future services you have done. Pretty cool option. right? 😀 And they’d probably prefer to give you credit against spending out of pocket money anyway, right?

There’s Literally A Ton Of These Types Of Previously Untapped Opportunities All Over Your Local Offline Market! (Just Waiting To Be Discovered And Implemented!)

Setting up and re-directing the domain name to the paid email service providers lead capture page. After they purchase a relevant inexpensive domain name.

This is where you and I come in and gladly fill the gaps. 😀  Plus start segmentizing their subscribers. So they periodically receive the most relevant messages and offers.

And the most relevant JV (Joint Venture) offers or cross promotions from other local vendors. Who themselves may not currently realize the untapped hidden profits centers they’re currently overlooking.

You literally don’t have to gross a ton of money on the initial front end. With your first few offline local customers. (You most certainly can! 🙂 )

You’re just validating your concepts with them. Plus establishing some bank account filling testimonials. And you can monetize the long term back end with them further on down the road, correct?

Why not strategically leverage these mini profit centers as often as possible? Don’t you agree?
