Nothing Says You Can’t Put Some Creative Ideas In Marketing To Work For You! Part Two

So even though Dave Del Dotto and most of his contemporaries ruled late night cable TV using proven direct response marketing strategies and tactics during the 80’s and early 90’s.

Basically pre Internet as we know it today. And absolutely no formalized social media of any kind to that particular point. Imagine a brilliant and totally masterful marketer/info-preneur like Dave strategically promoting in today’s social media driven, self hosted WordPress blog and mega podcasting rich atmosphere.

Dave for sure would probably double or triple his long term gross front and back end long term profits too. Simply by both he and his steadily growing expert marketing/PR (Public Relations) experts consistently implementing some type of creative marketing ideas and or strategies. (Entrepreneur strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Let’s take a much closer look, okay?)

You Will Be Totally Surprised And Pleased What You Or Your Major Competitors Can Ultimately Accomplish With A Proven Strategic Marketing Framework In Place!

Take the intriguing case of Dave Del Dotto. First of all entrepreneur please seriously consider the following. Even in Dave’s hey day. He was already receiving up to $40,000 dollars just to be a much sought after keynote speaker at some of Americas most successful Real estate Investment workshop conventions.

He had already been featured in countless extremely high profile economic or entrepreneurial based magazines. He’d also been featured on the covers of  some of the biggest most respected financial magazines on the planet.

He’d appeared on Oprah, Phil Donahue. As well as the late great iconic TV host Larry King. (More than once.) So Dave was no stranger to receiving and consistently generating tons of money making publicity.

And keep in mine, this was the pre social media era. So “what” do you think he could have accomplished over the same time period? Especially when you throw in marketing via social media and podcasting.

He probably would have been extremely active on Instagram, twitter, Facebook and Linkedin just a name a few. Think about “how” potentially large and subsequently profitable his paid and free FB groups alone could have potentially grown to.

Take a look at the screenshot image below of one of Dave’s main stay, (translated) best selling multi cassette programs Dave routinely sold. Both with and without some of his accompanying workbooks.

Entrepreneur Stop Looking And Focusing Only On The Trees! (And Start Seeing The Entire Forest Of Previously Untapped Marketing Opportunities And Or Long Term Marketing Possibilities!)

Unfortunately a staggering 98% of you or more. You see the the screenshot (taken right off of ebay BTW.) Which means Dave’s proven investment and long term wealth building strategies are still being sold to this day. But you see those totally old school cassette tapes and immediately think his information must be ancient, correct?

Entrepreneur (remember!) we’re saying “what” if both Dave and his contemporaries started marketing and promoting during the Internet and social media age.

So those cassette recordings would now be updated MP3 recordings. So now his subject matter, like “Equity Sharing,” and “How To Make a Fortune In Foreclosures,” “Credit And Success,” Creative Financing/ Government Auctions” strategies and tactics would be extremely red hot subjects.

Which he could and (knowing Dave!) To be the extremely marketing savvy entrepreneur he was. He’d start building both his paid and free FB groups by offering them as ethical bribes to join his groups.

And every student customer who invested in his $297 dollar  foundational “Cash Flow” system. Via his incredibly popular home study course. One of the extremely time sensitive bonuses they would receive is a free year in his paid FB group.

 And This Is Just The Proverbial Tip Of The Potentially Profitable Marketing Iceberg!

Then after 12 or X number of months. It would now cost just $29 or X dollars per month.  (Or $348 dollars per year. $29 dollars per month X 12 months.)

However, if they made a single payment of just $228 dollars or X. They they could automatically save $120 dollars per year. And they could also not only upgrade to the paid FB group anytime they wish to.

By either utilizing the monthly payment or single payment plan. Plus receive some extremely time sensitive MP3 recording and PDF’s (Portable Document Files) worth X for doing so.

(Please tell me you’re starting to smell the previously untapped digital  marketing opportunities here?) And think about his youtube channel(s.). He could release at least one new video per week. And they would be just like or similar to the ones master marketer Russell Brunson does.

And some would be of him or key inner circle members interviewing some of his most successful students. (Just like he did on his outrageously popular 30-60 minute infomercials. (Which successfully ran on late night cable TV for years.)

Others would be of him showing screenshots of some of both he and his most successful students paid ads, direct snail mail postcards. Or he could show some of both his and or some of his most successful students ads for either consistently renting or marketing their investment properties.

They were trying to flip for quick cash by strategically lowering the market price. He could also interview expert attorneys who specialized in acquiring property through the dreadful probate and or pre and post foreclosure process.

“What” to watch out for when buying using either the “Equity Sharing” or “Lease With Option” strategy etc. Or which entities work best. In terms of “how to” invest in properties and legally shield yourself from potentially damaging law suits.

(These exact same guide lines would be extremely valuable today. Don’t you agree?)

Can You See Why At Least Some Of Dave’s Students Would Definitely Want To Invest In his Paid Facebook Groups!

 And of course you know with at least 500,000 paid members in his FB group. And his 375,000 plus Instagram followers. Plus his 260,000 plus followers on twitter. (All hypothetical people.)

He or anyone else in his position would have little or no trouble being frequently invited to be a guest on some of the biggest podcasts in the world in his particular niche, right?

You throw in mega best selling author. And you know Dave would eventually host his own rocking podcast which averaged at least 300,000 – 750,000 downloads (subscribers) per episode or.

You could probably successfully market a lot of extremely high end coaching packages. Plus your fair share of extremely high end affiliate and or JV (Joint Venture) revenue sharing offers as well, agreed?

Can anybody seriously argue “how” a few creative marketing ideas and or strategies, can and definitely will or could have equaled a mega fortune? Like it did for Dave and several of his contemporaries. I sincerely hope not.
