So let’s talk about strategically utilizing various types of creative marketing incentives. To consistently generate a profit on either the front or long term back end of your business or service. Are you ready to get creative or what?
If It’s Only A Matter Of Consistently Getting The Word Out! (What’s Your Hold Up?)
Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Let’s you’re a licensed realtor. And you specialize in selling upscale residential properties. And your sweet spot is currently singe family homes. Which range in prices between $500K – $1.3 million dollars.
So needs to say. The men & women who consistently invest in these types of homes or investment properties. They’re definitely doing okay, correct? So imagine the following.
Your company sells those outrageously men’s & women’s robes. You know the one’s I’m referring to, right? They typically range in price between $1,100- $3,400 dollars. So imagine if one of the extremely marketing savvy companies. Which specializing in selling those types of robes.
They reach out to you and some of your major competitors. And allow you to offer their higher end robes to every client of yours who buys a home or investment property worth at least $500K or X.
You Don’t Need A Ton Viral Marketing Marketing Campaigns To Start Consistently Earning A Profit!
(Now of course this extremely marketing savvy retailer should giveaway at their actual hard cost. One of their positive word of mouth and mouse buzz generating robes.
To agent the realtor currently has. Their secretary and current or future CPA or CFP should definitely get one too. And while they’re at it.
They make darn sure the realtors main travel agent agency employees. Get one as well. The retailer could also at least attempt to create some potentially lucrative Joint Venture (JV) revenue sharing arrangements with some upscale men’s and women clothing stores.
Offering hold some monthly or quarterly free drawings at the stores. So you or your major competitors can start systematically building your very own opt in email list.
(You know you could create a friendly contest between the different stores. And whichever store generates the most revenue for you. Over a 6-12 month period.
Every current employee of the store gets a high end robe of their choice at your actual hard cost. and the owner(s) of the men or women’s upscale clothing store. They automatically get theirs free. (We’re taking talking mega positive word of mouth power tsunami, right? 😎
Going forward, you should definitely feel more positive about using some creative marketing incentives. Or do you still have some lingering doubts?
