Seasonal sales   (Without Practically Going Broke Because Of Constantly Offering Discounts!)

Of course you’ve purchased different types of products or services. Because of some type of attractive seasonal sales campaign,  correct? Buying otherwise high demand items or services when their temporarily out of season.

Makes a whole of sense, does it not? But looking just a little deeper than the immediate surface. And you and or your major can discover some potentially profitable marketing opportunities.  Don’t you agree?

Growing Your Revenue Definitely Isn’t About The Size Of Your Marketing Or Promotional Budget!

For one thing. If you and or your major competitors are not neglectful or totally dismissive.

Of the potentially lucrative, long term back end of your business and or service. You can start to at least inexpensively test combining various seasonal sales strategies.

Case in point. (And as always ladies & gentlemen.) These particular hypothetical marketing examples. Are being used strictly for marketing illustration purposes only.

There absolutely no reasons “why” your retail store. Couldn’t inexpensively test what happens when you bundle a proven “BOGO” offer.

(Buy one, get one free offer.) Offering an attractive discounted price on “Winter boots.) You get a 2nd typically more expensive pair at your actual hard cost. 😀

Or you offer one set of popular high end golf clubs for 25 or X% off. And the high end golf shoes and gloves at your actual hard cost. Over 50% off. (Whichever is higher!)

Strategically Stepping Up Your Marketing Or Promotional Game! (Doesn’t Automatically Have To Be Outrageously Expensive!)

Here’s where leveraging the potentially profitable back end of your sales funnel. Could be or ultimately become incredibly profitable.

Look closely at the featured image for this particular blog post.

Let’s say it’s your retail store. And you invest in a rather large inventory of incredibly stylish and popular women’s hats.

Which you’re able to purchase at attractive “Closeout Sales” prices. And rather than planning on marketing them up and reselling them.

Instead you utilize them as market tested lead magnets. You and or your major competitors run an opt in email building free drawing.

Where each month over the the summer or winter months. Your 1st grand prize winner. Automatically wins three or X number of designer hats. 😀 That ought set social media on fire, correct?

And your  five or ten 2nd grand winners. Automatically win one designer hat at 50  or X% off. And simply for dragging a friend with them to your store.

Whose at least 18. They automatically get to purchase a second hat and save 30 or X% off. And as long as friend also joins  your list before they leave your store.

They automatically get to save 25% off their total purchases.

Let’s Talk About Monetizing Your Long Term Back End!

So in the meantime. One of your local Joint Venture (JV) partners. They sell incredibly popular female fragrances. And they have a portable booth set up in your shop.

And they lightly spray one of their most popular fragrances throughout your store. Meanwhile a certain percentage of your daily foot traffic. As well as the foot traffic being dragged in by your most loyal opt in email subscribers.

Are being exposed to the popular fragrance. And your staff are each allowed to purchase a 32 oz. bottle of their choice. However, simply for dragging a friend with them.

To your JV partners fragrance distribution center. They automatically get to purchase one 64 oz. fragrance of their choice. And you earn 25 or X% of the gross of every front end sale your network produces. 😀

And your “Seasonal Sales” inventory was the hinge which originally swung the door to long term marketing possibilities open.

Entrepreneur does this make sense to  you or not?
