Common challenges retailers face   (Regardless Of How Positive Their Front End Cash Flow Is!)

Hopefully after initially reading. And re-reading part one of this ongoing series. You too realize and better appreciate.

The five all too common challenges retailers face. Part two of this series. Will add at least five more major concerns, (they or you!) Often have.

Let’s see how many of these five you may have already had to. But you’re currently dealing with two. Are you ready to take a much closer look?

Systematically Building Momentum Is Definitely Part Mindset Too!

Obviously online retailers have to deal with an entirely different of ongoing challenges, correct? Here are at least five more major concerns and challenges. Even extremely savvy retailers have to constantly deal with.

On their road to sustainable profitability.

1.) Major concern # six: Constantly delivering “take no prisoners” type of, long lasting customer service.

Which definitely helps them (or you!) retain your long term repeat customers. For literally pennies on the dollar!

2.) Major concern # seven: Their supply chain management strategies & tactics. They or you definitely need to both build and maintain positive relationships with their/your suppliers.

In the event they’re strikes or temporary inventory shortages of any kind.

3.) Major concern # eight: And of course they or you definitely need to at least have a solid grasp of the basics. Of traditional advertising.

But non traditional marketing and promotional strategies and tactics too.

In order to keep and maintain a healthy level of daily foot traffic.

Growing Your Business Or Service Definitely Takes The Overall Right Mixture Of Skills And Laser Focused Effort!

One thing is for sure. Working harder and harder. Is definitely not the answer, agreed? You and or your major competitors need to implement some type of leverage.

Because you can’t find more hours. And you may not always have the option of being able to spend more money.

9.) Major concern # nine: For sure social media is definitely not going away anytime soon, correct? Clearly you don’t want to 100% rely on it. But that doesn’t mean you and I shouldn’t leverage it as much as possible, right? 😀

Even if it means hiring an expert or expert agency to do it for you/us!

10.) Major concern # ten: This next one is freaking huge! Trying to keep up with the constantly changing regulations and compliance mandates. Be local, state and or federal regulations. You throw in both current and new tax considerations.

And it should be. Or it’s becoming crystal clear.

Why these all too common challenges retailers face. Is a constant ongoing battle. In and of itself, agreed?
