First of all. It’s very possible. Your typical first-time home buyer, (not first-time property investor!) They literally have little or no clue. Everything that’s actually involved with buying a home to live in, correct?

In which case both the licensed agent and real estate broker. Should also offer some additional free educational material detailing the process in simple, non expert terms.

And be available via phone or zoom, to answer any and all of their questions. But what about after their customer- and hopefully soon to be long term repeat customer purchases their first dream started home.

They might want some affordable furniture, correct? Or they may want investment/portfolio movement strategy advice. maybe after they get settled in. They may wish to invest in their first rental property. And where to go to locally to get a affordable business loan. (With or without collateral.) A lot is riding on “how’ well the agent or broker meets the novice first time home buyers needs. Don’t you agree?

It could ultimately mean the difference between a one and done relationship. Or one which leads to perpetual referrals. For literally years and years to come. Which relationship seems to most cost effective to you?
