Someone mentions previously hidden profit centers of and kind. And what readily comes to mind ladies and gentlemen? Have you honestly consider “how” you might be able to strategically and inexpensively tap into some previously hidden profit centers of and kind?
Just because you may not think you currently have any assets and or resources you may not fully be monetizing. Doesn’t mean they don’t exist on some level. To some degree or another. Don’t you agree?
Let’s Talk Some Common Sense Marketing!
Case in point. Ladies & gentlemen. Those of you who solely own some type of retail or service business of any kind. At least to some degree or another. You have various types of hidden income stream generating potential. Obviously without having access to any type of marketing audit data of any kind.
There is a very good chance you’re not maximizing all of your income earning potential. And if this is the case. Are you open to at least proactively exploring the previously untapped marketing possibilities?
You don’t need some super elaborate marketing plans. Just start already. And systematically adjust/test as you go. This way you don’t over commit. Before you know you have a confirmed winner.
You Can And Definitely Should Start Developing Some Type Of Previously Hidden Income Streams!

Imagine if you offer a buy one get on free offer. (Or a variation thereof. 😀 ) On your traditionally slowest days of the week. Or you might offer a certain food.
Like fish dinners or whatever ay half price. Or just x% above your actual cost. Whenever they bring an adult with them. Whose at least 18.
Or any bottle of wine up to a certain price. At your actual cost. (Or just X% above your actual hard cost.) For every party of five or X or more. (Just be sure you strategically test different approaches.)
Look To Fill The Inevitable Marketing Gaps!
Or you or your major competitors form potentially profitable Joint Venture (JV) partnerships. With local winery distributors. They gladly provide your restaurant with extremely time sensitive discount coupons.
And every party which spends over X. They automatically get one extremely time sensitive gift certificate. They come alone and they only save X. Simply for dragging a friend with them whose at least 18.
They can buy any bottle of their choice. Up to a maximum of X. And get it at the wineries actual hard cost. Can’t you just appreciate all the viral, positive word of mouth and mouse buzz? Which will surely lead to more first time customers.
So the only question is. How soon before you wanna start systematically monetizing your business or services previously hidden profit centers?
