Introducing Three Simple Ways Major Hotels Can Increase Their Bankable Brand Authority!

   (And More Than Likely It’s Definitely Not What You’re Probably Thinking!)

When think of practically any major national or Inter national hotel chain. The ones which really stick out in your/our minds probably have some serious brand authority, correct?

But entrepreneur does or would it completely surprise you to “discover” there are most definitely some previously untapped, non traditional marketing strategies and tactics.

Both they and o their major competitors could at least inexpensively A/B split. Which could potential even further explode their current and future brand authority. For literally pennies on the dollar.

And these previously non disclosed marketing strategies and tactics don’t involve any of the fancy, (not to mention) potentially expensive, traditional advertising agencies. Entrepreneur is that not interesting?

Wanna Know How To Leverage Assets Or Resources And Possibly Ten X Your Overall Long Term Results? (Just Like The Ultimate Insiders Consistently Do!)

Sure on the initial surface with basically little or no formal explanations offered. That headline seems just a bit too far fetched and completely over the top, correct? (I definitely get it.)

However, once or as soon as the marketing/promotional smoke starts to clear. My guest is the vast majority of you reading this. (Anywhere from 90-97% of you will clearly see it and a whole lot more.)

Otherwise sadly you’re definitely wasting your irreplaceable time. That being said.

Let’s consider initially anyway a national hotel chain. And let’s further state this is their initial beta test for some of these non traditional marketing strategies and tactics they’re going to test.

And see “how” much if any strategic tweaking these strategies may need in order to systematically and rather inexpensively take their brand authority to the very next level or two.

Sometimes Some Of Your Most Valuable Long Term Assets And Or Resources Aren’t Necessarily Found On Your Balance Sheets!

Case in point. Imagine this particular national hotel chain currently has at least 550 or X number of hotel chains inside America. (And again as always these number and marketing/promotional examples are being used strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only.)

And each chain has in essence what amounts to their quarterly or 90 day review. And they do it by department. And for this particular one upper management and the top department manages ask three employees to join them at the front of the meeting.

And unbeknownst to these three or X number of employees for this particular department. All three or X number of employees have had perfect attendance over the last 90 or X number of days.

(And by this rather broad definition of perfect attendance per quarter. They’ve can’t be late by 15 minutes or less more than twice quarter.)

Previously they may have just got a nice letter from their immediate supervisors or a brief mention in the companies newsletter  etc.

But now the companies is getting extremely proactive about rewarding, ethically bribing and recognizing their most efficient and peak performing employees and or associates.

Especially those not currently in upper management or supervisory positions. And regardless of whether they’re currently employed full or part time.

Entrepreneur Whenever A Collective Group Of Individuals Start Systematically Singing Your Praises Both On And Off Of Social Media. (You Or Your Major Competitors Brand Authority Is Definitely About To Go To The Very Next Level Or Two!)

And in order to completely set the stage here. This national major hotel chain along with several of their major competitors. Routinely spend, (more like waste!) a staggering $250,000 dollars sometime even more.

And pay prize fighters who appear on some of the most popular premium (paid) channels like HBO (Home Box Office) channel or Showtime.

And these fighters earn $250,000 dollars to have the hotels name temporarily stenciled on their backs. Only to see their investment, (if you can even call it that.)

By round five when the fighter has started to sweat. The message is no longer readable. So everyone who for whatever reasons tuned into the fight from the fifth round on. They have no idea what the stencil originally said. Unless or until the commentators clue them in.

 Thank Goodness Building Rock Solid Brand Authority Doesn’t Have To Be Done Using The Outrageously Expensive Corporate Route!

This is the launching point for these particular brand authority building strategies and tactics. (Are we now at least closer to being on the same page?)

So what do you think will start to happen per each department going forward? When these three or X number of employees for this particular department.

Are given sealed envelops. And them told to take their seats again. And immediately after the meeting they rip open the envelopes. And to their surprise it’s $500 dollars or X amount of dollars in cash. Plus a $25 dollar gift certificate to a popular local super market.

A short not from the main hotel supervisor. Plus their immediate supervisors signature as well. Thanking them for their extreme dedication and hard work. Plus the cash readily acknowledges the perfect attendance performance.

Ladies & gentlemen and fellow profit seeking entrepreneurs. Going forward. What message does this simple example send about peak attendance performance to the other employees? Not only in that particular department. But the other departments within that particular hotel. You so got that right.
