Income Producing Assets: Whose Says Only The Traditional Ones Are Valuable!

Entrepreneur “how” do you define income producing assets or resources? Are you the type of entrepreneur who thinks the only type of business or promotional assets are listed on an asset sheet?

You do understand certain incredibly valuable assts aren’t tangible, right? Strictly for example purposes only. “How” do you or can you even begin to measure the value of certain current or future connections.

And the value of those extended future connections. What’s that ultimately worth to you or your major competitors bottom line over time? 😀 There’s literally no way to know and calculate the true value for sure, right?

The right JV (Joint Venture) or cross promotional partners can cause or help any business or service grow exponentially. Are you okay with that?

You Really Should Start Implementing Some Creative Marketing Incentives As Often As You Can!

Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Imagine a local, non franchised retail appliance center owner. Who decides to at least inexpensively test some of these non traditional marketing strategies and tactics.

So you or your major competitors inexpensively test this positive word of mouth or mouse generating strategy. You initially invest in at least five bottles of extremely high level champagne. And you encourage a popular local bar to pass out numbered index cards.

To the first 25 or X number of women who enter the bar on their typically slowest day of the week. These totally unsuspecting local ladies will turn in their index cards for one free glass of high level champagne. 😀

Which should definitely cause them to bombard their social media accounts, agreed?

Sometimes You Can Accomplish A Whole Lot More Strategically Utilizing Non Traditional Methods!

Case in point. Once or as soon as word definitely starts to spread. Both on and off of social media. About a local bar. Which initially on their traditionally slowest day(s) of the week.

For just a moment. Let’s do the hypothetical word of mouth and mouse math. Twenty or X number of local women go to bar. And they’re given one free tall glass of great tasting champagne. 😀

And  they each tell at least 25 or X number of other influential local women. They either live next door to. Work with. Are somehow related to. Or know them through another friend or relative etc.

The bottom line is. An additional 625 other local influential women somehow hear about it. (25 x 25 = 625.) And when those 625 or X number of local women each tell an additional 25 each. 😀 Now you’re talking an impressive 15,625 locals. (625 x 25.)

This Is How You Let The Awesome Power Of Marketing Multiplication Systematically Work For Not Against You!

If at least 30% of those 15,625 not only become first time customers of you or your major competitors retail appliance or retail jewelry store.

And those 4,687 locals each spend on average just $375 dollars apiece. (One of you just grossed an impressive $1,757,625. dollars. (4,687 x $375 dollars = $1,757, 625 dollars. (Will you really be disappointed if you only gross half that much on the initially front end? Especially if you can consistently do so for literally pennies on the dollar. 😀 )

Plus, don’t discount nor neglect the fact. On average with the right market tested ethical bribe(s.) About 60% of those 15,625 locals will drag a guest with them. Whose at least 18.

Which for this particular, hypothetical marketing example only. Equals an additional 9,375 locals. 😎 And depending on “how” much they each spend on average.

Means even more gross front (and potentially!) profitable back end profits for you or your major competitors, does it not? Are you starting to better appreciate the long term value of certain income producing assets and or  income producing activities? Say yes!
